  • Fully decoded batteries with in-camera charging, handy travel charger. Some quirks at first use
I've quite a few Canon cameras over the years that uses LP-E6/NH batteries (R5, 5D4, 5D2, and 7D), so I always appreciate having extras around. This kit gives you three batteries plus a compact USB-C charger that can charge all three at the same time. The first thing I always check with third-party batteries is whether they're fully decoded. I'm happy to report these passed that test. My Canon R5 recognizes them normally - although on the very first time when I insert it, the camera couldn't recognize it as Canon, but removing and re-inserting it subsequent times fixed it. The R5 also reports battery percentage correctly, and they also support in-camera charging with a USB-C PD charger - not all 3rd party batteries do. That's usually a good sign that the batteries are communicating properly with the camera. The charger is good. With all 3 batteries charging, it draws 15.8W at 8.71V/1.81A, so it's pretty hefty. I did notice that the very first time I use the charger (charging 3 at the same time), it competed charging but my camera shows 80-some % for all 3 batteries. In other words it didn't fully finish charging. But putting it back in topped the batteries off. So far I've found the batteries perform well in real-world use. Overall, this is a nice value if you use Canon cameras that take LP-E6NH batteries. The batteries work as expected, the charger is compact and travel-friendly, and being able to charge all three batteries from a single USB-C PD charger makes this an easy recommendation. Pros: - Fully decoded with accurate battery reporting - Supports in-camera USB-C PD charging - Charges three batteries simultaneously - Compact USB-C charger that's great for travel Watch out when new: - At first use my R5 gave me a non-Canon notification, but no problem in subsequent uses - Also at first use, the charger finished charging at 80-some %. I put them back in and they were topped off - I attribute these two small issues to the batteries/charger combo being completely new. No problem since. ... show more

  • Works awesome with older Canon cameras or anyone that don't need a P variant battery.
The charger works great, and the batteries are fine, though they are the E6NH so pairs bettery with older RF and also DSLR cameras. Seem to have the same battery life as OEM batteries. Charger isn't particularly the fastest charger I've used, but it does charge all the batteries at once. Uses a simple light scheme to show if a battery is charging, is full, or the slot is empty. I like that the case is semi transparent so you can see a battery in it. The battery pack does get pretty heavy with all 3 batteries in there, but the flat design fits well inside a bag. I've tested some K&F concept batteries recently and found they not only have good capacity, but don't really seem to have really bad issues with capacity retention over time either. The only big difference with this battery compared to some of the newer more expensive alternatives is these don't have a built in USB-C charging port. Not exactly a must, but they do need to be charged via the charger. Worked in a versatile set of cameras. Really liked it for the R7 and the 5DSr. Fits fine in all the camera and is a nice backup to have in the bag just in case, and can cover a whole of shooting and then some. Price is great for a charger and 3 batteries. ... show more

  • LP-E6NH replacement batteries and charger set
K&F concept have put out some quality products that I currently own. I didn’t hesitate ordering this because of the consistency in getting good values for the money. This 3 piece replacement battery set runs neck and neck with my original battery. They last just as long and perform up to par. The fact this comes with a charger that can charge up 3 batteries simultaneously gives me an edge when shooting in the field. I can always have the batteries charging while I’m continuing to work. It appears it takes the charger an hour for each battery to fully charge. I’ve only completed the cycle once so I’ll have to update with longer use. When the batteries are charging, the charger flashes red. When it’s fully charged, the flashing lights turn green. Where this fell short for me was two things. There’s no type of indicator to tell you the percentage of the batteries so you don’t have a gauge as to if you have enough charge to shoot longer or not. I also feel like my other chargers may perform a bit faster. Other than that, having spare batteries and a corresponding charger is always a winner in my book. ... show more
