I use a ton of NP-FW50 batteries to power my aging but still powerful Sony Mirrorless cameras. This includes the initial Sony A7 series, the early A6000 series, and the NEX mirrorless cameras. The NP-FW50 cells are lightweight, but discharge quickly, especially when capturing high-resolution video. Because of this, I always carry a collection of fresh cells while on extended photoshoots. I have several chargers, so I can top off numerous NP-FW50 cells at the same time. This is my latest acquisition, and I am happy with it. I like that two batteries can fit into a cavity and lie flat. When the cover is closed, the cells are protected and out of sight. The charger is more compact than I expected from the sales page photos. It easily slips into my pocket, offering a bulk-free method of keeping fresh cells at the ready.. The maker designed the unit to be used as a storage case as well as a charger. In addition to offering storage for two batteries, there are slots to accommodate two SD cards. Thus, you can load it up with batteries and memory cards and slip it in your pocket for an extended photoshoot. It seems to charge quickly, on par with my other NP-FW50 chargers. It uses a standard USB-C connector, so I can charge cells almost anywhere, even in my truck. My only gripe is that, unlike some of my other chargers, there is no way to see the percentage of a battery's charge. The unit only displays a red LED if a battery is charging. It switches to green when the battery is fully charged. But I can’t tell the amount of charge in a particular cell. It may be almost discharged, or it may be almost fully charged. When grabbing a battery while covering action scenes, I want to know the condition of the charge. It comes with two aftermarket NP-FW50 cells. So far, these have proven to be as good as my other aftermarket batteries. Aside from the lack of a percentage indicator, I really like this charger and battery set. Recommended.

I wish I got this sooner. It comes with 2 batteries that seem to be holding a good charge. I can get a few hundred shots out of each battery, just like the OEM Sony battery. I dont know if it will last long, that remains to be seen, but for now it's been great. Also amazing is that it charges via USB C or Micro USB as well as becomes an external battery pack if you need to charge your phone. It's not super fast, but ok in a pinch (provides about 10W of charging but only about 2000mah of power which is about half of a phone battery these days). When not in use, it becomes a great place to store batteries! The door for the charger is magnetic so it has a nice secure feeling when it's closed. Overall, I've been using this out and about for the last few months and have nothing but good things to say about it!

As good as OEM batteries with good charge life and recharging is fast as well. The charging case has a nice tight footprint. Have used them for a couple of cycles and no issue at all on my A6500. Good price for them as well, as Sony batteries can be a bit pricey so these are good for the price. Really nice to have the option to use charger with micro-USB or USB C. Can also charge devices with output USB C port but did not test the functionality nor the hold space for 2 SD cards. These are nice additions if you don't have other equipment to fill those needs. Nice setup that works well when you need it

I recently bought from a friend a Sony A7ii, but it didn't include some of the accessories. Batteries and its charger were part of it, so this item was a perfect fit for me!! The carry case for the memory cards was an unexpected bonus! Overall, it was so easy to use and such a good deal. On top of that, the battery life has been steadily pretty good, so far. So for those of us Sony camera folks, this is a winner!!

This is a godsend for me with my Sony ZV-E10 that I mostly use by direct cabling on my computer. I've either misplaced or never had a battery for it. This set gave me the option of using the camera remotely on battery for the occasion I need it and economically too. The charger box seems a bit large for what it is. See the right side on the photo - it feels as though that's just empty space that could be smaller. It seems as though the case should have some sort of battery itself, but it doesn't. That said, it's simple to use - just plug into a USB-A and you're recharging. I do wish they were using USB-C on the charger instead of the micro-USB just for common cable availability. The individual batteries work great so far. I never need anything lasting more than about 30 minutes and they do that fine. Recharging seems to be simultaneous and there is an indicator to show you when it's done.
