This style is definitely different than the ones I own. At first I thought it was a less functional design due to how it opens but it is less functional if I have to open and close it every time. It does look very cute and is way more functional if I leave it opened because the flap just lays on top. No harsh smells at all. The dual clasp closures are very pretty I just wished the yellow gold hardware was less yellow than what it is but the hardware is actually very nice quality. The clasps are cute. The interior pocket zipper is really nice. I do really love the feel of the bag, a soft leather material and seems to be easy to clean. I like that the bag is not too structured but still holds its shape well. While this bag has quality materials so it is good value, that may justify the higher price tag, the color of the hardware is the only thing I would change. I do love the presentation with the box and dust bag.

This bag looks nice. However once you fill it, the side bangs wont close properly. Even if they close, the bands are not practical.

The purse arrived very securely and comes with a dust bag for storage, which I appreciate. The hardware details are functional and high quality. The design on the front of the purse is interesting, with two straps securing the purse closed via a buckle on a middle piece, while the straps go through cutouts in the purse. It's an interesting design that's not too weird and adds interest, though functionally it's not quite my favorite feature possible. The inside of the purse is a large open section and then it has a small side zippered area. The purse is quite wide - several inches - for a medium-sized purse and can accommodate quite a lot of stuff, including a soda can with my phone in a "defender" case and wallet with space left to fill. I appreciate that the bag does not have any strange smells attached to it as is the case sometimes. While I consider this bag to be high quality and a nice looking accessory, I'm not exactly sure how it arrived and its price point and whether or not it is of *that* much value, but I definitely like it, overall, and consider it a high quality item. The burgundy red is a perfect shade and I look forward to adding this bag to many outfits in the fall and winter this year. : )

Perfect purse. Fits everything and anything in a small space. I got this in the black color and it is so classic and classy at the same time. It reminds me of like old school purses from the 40s or something. The leather feels soft and is flexible and seems of good quality. I like the sides because they don't stay open like some purses tend to do. The opening is cool too as it has a lock looking clasp. I like the length of the handles because I can hang it off my shoulder without it feeling too tight. I think the little leather thing hanging is supposed to be a key chain but I believe mine is inside too much but I don't care because I wouldn't use it that way anyway. Worth it.
