The media could not be loaded. I make fursuits out of dinomasks and was excited to get it. I’m not disappointed, but I wish it was a little bigger in the face area. This is a mask intended for children so I’m not complaining. The jaw moves SUPER smooth but is very loud and squeaky. It did not have a factory smell out of the box. I am going to be replacing the straps since they are bent weird and are EXTREMELY uncomfortable and tight to wear.
