    • Jura milk cold container
Perfect for the office - we have 20+ employees easy to use, and the milk level sensor is a great help for those drinks to ensure milk availability.

    • spoilage is avoidable with proper cleaning and preparation
I have had this container for more than 2 years. I always sterilize the stainless steel container first with boiling water, then cover it and let it stay in the refrigerator over night covered. Next morning I add fresh cold milk and the one liter capacity allows us about 3 days worth of milk drinks. I never add more milk to milk already inside. I always clean the container first and then add fresh milk. The only time the milk has soured is when someone added more milk to the milk already inside. ... show more

    • Outstanding concept but unsafe to use.
Would be perfect if it maintained a consistent food safe temperature for milk but it does not. The lowest operating temperature of the unit is a few degrees over the highest safe limit for milk storage, and it doesn’t do a great job of even hitting that target. This product can’t possibly be recommended as it’s outright not a safe product to use and at worse would be flagged as a health risk by food safety inspectors. ... show more

    • Okay, but too expensive...
Works, but does not keep milk at 39 degrees as it is supposed to....mine stayed between 40 and 41

    • Milk spoils !!
I’ve been using your coffee makers for 10 years and the milk coolers. Had to buy this one two months ago and it won’t keep the milk cold enough. The milk spoils quickly. Not sure if this is just a bad unit or if they are all this way now. The first milk cooler I used lasted several years.

    • The place milk goes to spoil :(
It doesn't work the way I'd hoped. I thought I could fill the cooler, use the milk in the cooler over a few days, then clean and refill the stainless container. But it doesn't work that way. I found that if I leave the cooler filled overnight, the milk sours (even though the cooler is on and set to the correct temperature). I have tried recalibrating it, using smaller amounts of milk, cleaning it every other day, and a lot of troubleshooting; I really wanted this little cooler to work for me! Now, I keep a stainless steel cup in my refrigerator for everyday use. It is WAY less work to just take the cup in and out of the fridge than to constantly fight the milk spoiling and not knowing if my drink will taste bad. If I have guests over, I pull the cooler out to use it for a few hours since it's excellent for that. But, I wanted it to make my everyday mornings easier, which it does not. If I ever see a Jura milk cooler on the counter at a hotel or public space, I will supply my own milk because I know that without tons of maintenance/cleaning, this little cooler is just a place milk goes to spoil. My household makes 4-5 milk drinks a day - for reference. ... show more
