This is an EXCELLENT product for my Samsung S6 Lite tablet. The first product had an issue. When trying to send a message to the seller, Amazon Rufus intervened with the same troubleshooting menu. There was an email address in the manual and I used it to contact the seller. The seller responded with the option to send me a replacement. I had spoken with a rep at Amazon and she decided to send me a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement from Amazon, I checked all of the characters since the original had 4 characters that were not registering when depressed. The replacement worked and I love the backlight where you can use the keyboard in a dimmed environment and type all you want. The seller was wonderful as they were willing to send me a replacement.     • keyboard cheap and broke under a year of light use

Bought this in 2024, and for the first few months it was working great for my online classes. After the classes ended, I started using it less and less. Now when I try to use it again, 5 of the keys do nothing no matter how much I try pressing them. The B, P, ?, and light changing keys are the broken ones, and honestly this just tells me this is a super cheap keyboard if very few uses got the keys to randomly break. The case works alright I guess, nothing special, I'm more upset about this keyboard not lasting long at all. ... show more
