I got this with a coupon promotion so I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Light up and great tactile feel when typing perfect size keys and magnetic to the case. Customer service is excellent! I had an issue with connecting to my tablet after very easy connecting with my tablet for months. Just a glitch with settings or something got in the keyboard. Customer service helped me troubleshoot. And when that didn't work they sent me a new keyboard. New keyboard works flawlessly! ... show more

Great protective case. Love the color of it & the color changing keyboard. Keyboard works great and connects easy. Only complaint is that you have to move the keyboard everytime to get the case to stand up tablet. Wish that the case had other ways to stand up tablet without having to move keyboard.

This is an EXCELLENT product for my Samsung S6 Lite tablet. The first product had an issue. When trying to send a message to the seller, Amazon Rufus intervened with the same troubleshooting menu. There was an email address in the manual and I used it to contact the seller. The seller responded with the option to send me a replacement. I had spoken with a rep at Amazon and she decided to send me a replacement. Upon receiving the replacement from Amazon, I checked all of the characters since the original had 4 characters that were not registering when depressed. The replacement worked and I love the backlight where you can use the keyboard in a dimmed environment and type all you want. The seller was wonderful as they were willing to send me a replacement. Exactly what I was needing. At first the Bluetooth aspect of the keyboard was wonky but it worked itself out. It folds up perfectly and I still haven't had to charge the keyboard yet and have been using it on and off for a while now. The color options are cool for the back lighting

Seemed cool at frst, but the m and c button kept going out. There is no product support and you can't have a good screen protector on it; it pushes the protector up and off. Plus, the pen spot is definitly not large enough. I keep having to force it in the space and bend the case to get it out.
