After wearing this sweat waist trainer for 3 weeks while doing simple workouts at home, I can say that this waist trainer is really effective and helps you sweat a lot. After wearing this waist trainer for 30mins, the sweat was practically dripping off my body when I took off the waist trainer. This also helps me with engaging my core when working out which is a huge plus. They also have the waist trainer version of this sweat band that you can wear all day that helps snatches you up. Overall, I really like this sweat waist trainer and how it helps me sweat. It also has 3 rows of hooks that you can adjust to help with the sizing.

It was a bit of a struggle to put it on, but once it was, it stayed put and did not roll down. Great quality and it really does help your posture. It was a bit tight at first, but then I got used to it and I loved the feeling afterwards, like if I really did she off the excess water weight.

Probably need to buy a medium, did go by the size chart but did nothing for lower belly was about the same. I Wore this 2x to the gym and worked out in it and even sat in the sauna. My mid section did not have that much sweat compared to my regular velcro sweat belt , which was surprising , my sweat belt that is velcro sweat drips down this was just moist skin lol. I wouldn't suggest this product if you are wanting that level of sweat.
