It was a bit of a struggle to put it on, but once it was, it stayed put and did not roll down. Great quality and it really does help your posture. It was a bit tight at first, but then I got used to it and I loved the feeling afterwards, like if I really did she off the excess water weight.

Does the job but I wish it would fit my torso better. If I want to focus soly on my underboob/upper abb area my lower abs/fupa is exposed. If I focus on the lower abs/fupa then the top layer isn't secure enough. Wish it were a tad bit bigger length wise and more adjustable than just the 3 rows

Look elsewhere. I have a b belly and an apron belly after having kids back to back and this trainer does not sit right on my belly. If i wear it too low to cover the apron it doesn’t target the top area and if i wear it too high the apron hangs out. It also rolls as soon as you sit down!
