Jung Saem Mool delivers yet again, a top notch beauty product for women whose beauty motto is "less is more". Don't be fooled by the cool/warm tone myth in color makeup. This lavender gives my fair Asian skin a delicate and sheer veil of color and a youthful glow. Fair to medium fair skin tone would probably be best for this blush, as it may look pasty on darker skin tones. I used the Jung Saem Mool blush brush, but you can also use a puff and pat it in your cheeks and eyes for a soft whisp of color. ... show more

I have tried many Jung Saem Mool products and really enjoyed them. I had been looking for a nice lavender color blush so I was really excited to find one by Jung Saem Mool to try! This comes in an outer product box. It is made in Korea. It comes in a plastic compact with a clasp. The compact is rather small for a $28 blush. But, it fits the Jung Saem Mool Blush Brush perfectly, so I guess that’s why it’s that size? I don’t know the actual nt wt because it didn’t say it in the info that was in English on the box or compact. The compact has 2 different tones of the same shade - one slightly lighter than the other. Both are sheer in color, but can build up nicely. I like it starts off sheer and I can build it up to what I want. It builds nicely. It does fade throughout the day, so I do wish it had better lasting power. It applies smoothly. It is doesn’t have a sheen to it, but it also isn’t completely matte. I’d say it’s more of a natural kind of look. Not flat or powdery and dry, but no sheen. Overall, I think it’s a beautiful blush. If you’re looking for something sheer that builds nicely, this will work well for you. I also like that it has a shade that is slightly lighter. I like to apply the darker shade as my main blush, then I like to apply the lighter one as a kind of matte highlight shade on the top area. It gives it a nice dimensional look. 6.12.22~ I love Lavender. Like my heart skips when I see it. Wouldn't occur to look for a lavender blush, even though love it on my lids. Like how could a purple blush go well on pale skin in the daytime? Well, 'Blending Lavender' does work. Really well. Leave it to Jung Saem Mool, the Bobbi Brown of Korea, to create a universal purple that looks natural in 'Blending Lavender'. The pod is small enough to tuck in pocket (or bra). About as wide as a Slim Can. You can sweep over eyes, dab over lip balm & add light. You can swoosh your brush across both colors at once, And have instant luminescence contour & highlight on your cheekbones. It's a really great, unexpected almost-tinted sheer highlighter. Even sweeps on smooth with fingers. The Perfect Carry All. As with most powder blushes, you will need setting spray. (Currently I'm in Love with Madluvv'. Love that shaking ball sound) Also helps wear to apply directly to base or serum. If you like Asian make up, that soft glow with no obvious color, try Lavender. If you are bored out of your mind with pink & peach blush, try Lavender. If you think you are too old, or young, to wear blush~ try Lavender. JSM has done it again. I already love Korean skincare, so wanted to try their makeup as well. Unsurprisingly, this is just what I needed. This subtle blush is gentle, almost transparent and has a lot of staying power. The packaging is very modern and pretty. I like the color, it’s a very soft pink but I did not see a lot of color pay off. Might be due to the color I chose, which is the blending peony.
