This is the third trampoline I've bought. I can say this is very sturdy, robust trampoline with high quality structure and materials (unlike the previous other brands I purchased). Looks good too. I was able to assemble this by myself, a good few hours needed, directions were good and easy to follow. Assembling the legs, really had to stretch parts to fit, this was probably the hardest part doing myself, but held part with my foot as pulled and slipped in pole for leg supports.. I did have wrong size fitting included, but called and had a replacement part at my front door a couple days later, excellent customer service. This is great size for multiple kids, plenty of room and they don't seem to gravitate to center and collide as they do on the round trampolines. This is a bit heavy, i move mine around when i mow, and can just barely move it on my own. Overall, very happy with purchase so far with few weeks of use. ... show more

Amazing Product and incredible customer service! Just get it! Our kids absolutely love this trampoline, and use it almost every day. We purchased the 18 ft long version and it’s fantastic. The rectangle shape and size is so much better than a round trampoline and fits in our side yard perfectly. Assembly is very doable with 2 people. We had to reach out to customer service and they responded right away and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Top tier service and USA based! Ordered this trampoline for our grandkids. It came fast , in three days! Had no issues putting it together, it took a few hours with two people. It's a great trampoline! This trampoline was truly the best purchase ever . I have 4 kids . 11,9,6,4 . And I must say it has held up nicely , the only thing is the net ; the net has ripped in a couple spots . Which sucks because it’s a bit dangerous for my youngest to jump , or really for anyone. Even me & my wife like to jump in sometimes 🤣 it’s so fun & 10 minutes a day will have you shedding weight . Safety wise is very safe . & very sturdy . Assembly was quick with 2 ppl . And the noise level ??? There is no noise level which is a plus ! I 1000% recommend ... show more

Very impressed with this trampoline. It was fairly easy to put together though I made a mistake or two that I had to walk back but it is designed in such a way that the mistakes became obvious. We are happy with the size and the amount of bounce it gives. Our kids are very happy with the purchase. I would definitely recommend. Note as with most if not all trampolines you need to buy tie downs separately. We live in a pretty windy area so it may look like I went overboard with ours. ... show more

This trampoline is exceptionally solid and well-built. It arrives in three 100+ pound boxes, so be sure to have help or a sturdy dolly to move the boxes. Assembly took me about 5.5 hours from start to finish. While the instruction manual is helpful, I strongly recommend scanning the QR code to watch the assembly video. I initially struggled to get some parts to line up, but the video quickly clarified where I was going wrong. The trampoline is incredibly heavy-duty, and my kids absolutely love it so far. As a bigger guy, I’ve jumped on it with my kids, and it’s sturdy enough to support all of us without any issues. While it’s a bit more expensive than other trampolines on Amazon, the solid steel frame, double springs, and overall quality make it worth the investment in my opinion.
