Great trampoline. Had lots of fun with kids. The netting seems pretty rugged - definitely kept a couple kids on the trampoline who would have otherwise broken a limb losing control with some jumps that would have landed somewhere not on the trampoline. Installation was surprisingly simple. The tool for pulling the trampoline fabric out to all the springs made it simple. I was able to put it together by myself with no assistance. ** no directions, but there is a video on YouTube. On YouTube they do not explain everything and one thing that you need to know is dimples up in every single step. If you put dimples down, you will have problems. Though I love the quality of this and it is a 10 star product. Initially, I was quite apprehensive about assembling the trampoline on my own, but I managed to complete the task in about an hour as a single mother. The only challenge I encountered was with pulling the springs; the provided tool didn’t seem adequate, even for someone strong. We did experience some difficulty with several ratchet straps during that process. However, I must say I am impressed with the trampoline's high quality. My older children, who weigh over 200 pounds—have used it without any issues regarding its sturdiness. I am truly pleased that I opted to invest a bit more in this model. I had considered a less expensive 16-inch trampoline at Costco for just over $200, but I chose to trust my instincts and purchase what appeared to be a higher-quality option, and it has proven to be just that. I believe I made a wise decision, and I am very satisfied with my investment. The net is well-constructed and maintains its position even during windy conditions, and the trampoline remains stable during storms. Furthermore, it has an appealing appearance, enhancing the look of my yard rather than detracting from it. I feel confident allowing my children to jump on it, even when I am not present. This is a really nice and really tight trampoline. You’re going to need at least two people to put this together and a little bit of strength. Highly recommend a rubber mallet when trying to place the top tubes to the bottom tubes. Very stable when attached though. A lot of tight springs and a solid tight mat. Springs are covered nicely by what appears to be a durable pad. Weight is manageable for two people. Colors pop. I highly recommend buying the hoop separately and you’ll save $200. 1. 20 minute assembly is a joke but the assembly was easy and intuitive, directions in the booklet very clear and the video was so helpful. Two people who never did this before took about 2 hours. Something to watch out for: the first springs go onto the upper rails and you pull the mat towards them. The rest, the Springs start on the mat and you pull them into the upper rail. These directions are stated in the booklet but we did not realize and struggled to pull the mat towards the upper rail for a while. We finally figured it out that you pull the springs towards the rail for the remaining springs. Initially I thought we were missing the upper rails from the package because the video and directions show them as silver. However, we received ones that were black. I contacted the seller via Amazon to request these parts and were told to seek a a through z refund. Thankfully, we weren’t missing parts but it sounds like it might be difficult to get missing parts shipped to you if necessary as another review mentioned. 2. I was initially disappointed that we didn’t receive a zippered entrance. We received I guess the updated entrance that is kind of difficult to get in and out of but it is definitely safer. No chance of falling out. The kids got the hang of it. 3. We are short people and had difficulty screwing on the netting to the poles. Standing on the outer edge of the trampoline helped us reach the last few. 4. Our kids loved it and didn’t want to get off. I think it’s sturdy, well built and safe. I was worried the 12 foot would be small for my two kids (9 and 6) but it was more than fine! Plenty of room to run around each other and jump at the same time without coming into contact. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m impressed by the quality of this trampoline. Loved that all the connections were snap pins, so it was easy for Santa to assemble all by himself in about an hour. This has a great weight limit compared to the cheaper ones. Everything feels very secure and stable. Honestly, it’s such good quality that it’s heavier than I thought. I thought I was going to be able to pick it up and roll it around to mow the grass under it, but it’s really heavy. So I’d highly recommend this brand. Seems like this thing will last a long time. My only complaint is that there’s not a good way to cover it. I bought the sun shade attachment but it still leaves a decent gap between the net and the cover for leaves/debris to get in. ... show more
