It is just the right size for travel, feels good, and has nice keyboard with a solid touch. I know just enough to get myself in trouble, however, managed with about zero help from the manufacturer. Do not expect to get going in a few minutes! There were a necessary "bunch of updates" that take time. I had to uninstall windows and reinstall before Microsoft Store would load! So I will update my review. It took 13 hours but the company sent me a new product key, copy and paste, problem solved. Impressed it took them so little time to correct the issue. Over all I am not a fan of Windows 11 yet, but the computer is all they advertised. I have already recommended my family members try to get one while on sale. I started my computer and when I went to activate Windows, it said my key was already used and I could not activate or personalize my computer. If something changes or I hear from the company I may change my review, but for now, I'm very unhappy, and I may have to return the computer. ... show more

The set up was tedious and the manual was outdated. And the mouse pad response is trash. The streaming quality is great but doing things like downloading and changing yr background takes forever and the screen goes in and out. It's a safe starter laptop for a Jr high kid

You get everything you would expect from a laptop. The only downside is how long the battery lasts, but it's a laptop so it should be expected.

I could not activate Windows 11 because the product key had already been used on another device it says. I sent 6 separate messages to tech support and 0 responses! Don't expect a fully working laptop from this seller. Good luck

Battery life is short-lived. Won't be able to use it on long flights.

This product was actually a surprise. I didn't think it would be as nice as it is. It is very compact, but easy to use. It does everything I need it to do and more. I would recommend this to anyone.

Needed a laptop for college and as a last minute decision I went with this new brand that I have never came across before and wanted to try it out. I’ve had it for a couple of months now and use it a couple hours a day which is mostly on microsoft office. Works well
