Now that it's put together, we really like it but when we got it and opened the box there were no instructions at all. There are just too many parts for their not to be instructions. We reached out to the seller and it took days for him to get back to us. His voicemail was full so we couldn't leave a message. Things like this you need to put together when you have time.. it was frustrating for sure. When he finally got back to us and sent instructions, they were very detailed so that was good but then we didn't have the right hardware so we have to improvise. I just think they need to take an extra minute to ensure that it's equipped with what you need to put it together. Now that it's up and together we really like it. ... show more
