I ordered this comforter about 6 months ago and recently one of the tuftings tore (Which was my fault not really the product's). It was a small tear but I valued this comforter a lot and wanted to see if I could get a replacement. They say they offer replacements but I'm never sure if it will actually work. I emailed Jumeey and a day later got a very kind response. A week later after some emailing with photos of the tear, a replacement arrived! It was such an easy process. The comforter itself is soft and plush. I got the green in a full size and it fits perfectly and the color is just like the product photo. It really does get softer with every wash. As a warm sleeper, it is light enough that I don't overheat either, but it is still plush and cozy. If you need a light, cozy, soft comforter, I highly recommend this one. Having the blanket now for just south of a month, it is incredibly soft and fluffy. The manual said to leave it in the sun for something like 24 hours, I just wet it and ran it through the dryer on air fluff for a little bit. This seems to provide me with the desired results. Going on from that- it is true to size, and fits perfectly on my king size mattress. It's very warm and soft without being super heavy (I don't prefer a very heavy blanket) and although it may cost a bit of a premium I feel very comfortable with my purchase. ... show more
