I've been using a product similar to this from Merit, and the Julep contour stick wins hands down. Very pigmented and lasted all day. I like that it goes on as a cream but dries as a powder, so I didn't have to set it with powder. Very little goes a long way. I also like that it seems to be unscented. I'll be buying more from this brand - the eyeshadow sticks are great too!

I loooove this item! The color is called PEACH!! I use it on my lips and color my cheeks and tint around my face so it makes my skin color blend very well! I’ve been looking for this color for years so please don’t discontinue this color PLEASE!!!

I love the color. It reminds me of Elf Pink Lemonade which is that perfect shade of pink and was why I was buying this--as the Elf glow stick is no longer available. This is definitely harder to blend though than the Elf and seems a bit dry. Also for the price of the Julep at $18 vs. Elf at $5--I feel like the Julep product is not as good as Elf, but please note I am comparing the 2 products which may be a bit unfair as I really loved the discontinued Elf product. I also find that the dome top of the product is a problem. Other reviewers said it came melted and/or damaged at the top. Mine was find when it came but I find the domed top a "product design flaw". I would rather have something that could roll down completely into the tub so that you can put the lid on without damaging and nicking into the product each time.
