I've now gone through one hole bottle and working on my second. I take the full tincture in the morning and at night in a half glass of water. It's bitter if taken straight but I know some do. I did not have any adverse digestive reactions. All though I cannot say for certain, but I do believe this product has helped me with my back pain and recovery from a herniated disc. I'm 41 and have had back problems for 4-5 years. Every year the injuries get worse. This past Fall, I had a confirmed herniated disc. The first month was horrible. The next 2-3 months I work heavily on physical therapy to lengthen and strengthen muscles and worked to correct posture and lifting mechanics. I'm 6'1" and 215lbs, athletic and exercise regularly. Physical Therapy, Chiropractic care, Acoustical Therapies, Stretching machines, doctors, all helped, but nothing seemed to get me completely out of pain and doubt in my backs ability to support even daily tasks. I started this supplement based off of others reviews and some advertising that caught my eye. Two weeks in, I started noticing my stretching and exercising routines were becoming less straining on my back and I was feeling less daily pain and pressure. Five weeks in and I was feeling closer back to normal than I had in 6 months. I am now about 7 weeks in and I am just starting to get back to full body strength training and trail running. I'm hopeful this product will continue to allow me to get back into conditioning myself to the level I was before this injury last Fall. I don't know how long or how much I will continue to take especially if I can get healed up. I may start to reduce dosage or intervals of dosage in the next month to see what happens. I would say, try it for yourself. I hope it works for you as well. Take it every day morning and at night to prove to yourself it works or not. If you just take it periodically, I don't think you would be able to say for certain if it worked or not. One thing I've learned with back pain/ injuries, the long game is always best. Slow progression is best, but daily habits are required and that schedule cannot be sacrificed to see results. It's worth the cost of the bottle to try it. ... show more

The results aren't immediate, but this definitely works for me! I've had bad hip pain for about 6 months, got to the point I couldn't put socks and shoes on and that is starting to change! I have a very herniated disc in my lower back all I did was bend down and clean a microwav... yep. That's it. The pain was so bad I couldn't even sit on a toilet and wipe myself. Sitting was excruciating, standing was impossible the only comfortable position was laying in bed and getting good at wii bowling not able to do anything. No cooking, cleaning, no showers and worst of all no work. My dad saw this product and asked if he got it for me if I'd try it. I was willing to try anything. I was going to go to the ER for surgery just to get out of pain because after a week and no change I was worried. After two days of taking Juciy Joint I was able to sit on a toilet and do my business without much pain. The flavor is absolutely awful but I mix it with some juice and I'm good. Day 4 I was up and walking around slowly and with pain I had a minute or two before I needed to go lay back down 2 weeks in I was able to clean up a bit around the room. Make food(simple food but still food). Still being very careful because I know my back is still weak After a month I was able to go back to work, go to the store and even go fishing again. I have 3 herniated disks in my lumbar, been in pain for 3yrs, xray, mri, pt, chiro, the whole thing except surgery with no true relief. Just two days of taking this I really think it’s helping as I’ve been in less pain than normal but my stomach has been a wreck. (Ive been taking it straight and chasing it with water). Going to try mixing with ginger ale or something tomorrow. Really hoping my body can adjust because I do think it helps with the inflammation that causes the pain. I’m a real person, this worked for me. Not fully pain free but I can tell there’s an anti inflammatory effect. This along with a good diet and safe stretching has been helping me a lot.
