first of all these were wicked bulky I felt like I was wearing spaceman shoes and they were tight so I tried them on put them right back in the box and returned them. It’s been a month. It’s been received in exactly the same condition that I got them in and I simply wanted the refund to my Amazon gift card. It has been weeks now that it’s been received and I have been asking customer service what’s going on? They told me to wait till after the holidays I waited and then today I just simply looked. I wasn’t even gonna inquire about the refund until like tomorrow, but it says in red refund not processed, which is baloney because I returned them. They received it and I never even wore them even around the house because they were so uncomfortable and ugly. I am so mad with Amazon and they are continuously getting worse with Returns with product quality and with scammers!!! on here claim it’s two day delivery and you wait a month. ... show more

there is nooooo room on TOP of the foot. They are cute, the soles are not as giant as they look in photo. They are extremely hard to put on. My feet fell asleep after 5 min. I keep wearing and they stretched out a little bit. If you have wide feet or fat feet GOOD LUCK. My feet are narrow and “skinny” and this hurts. I do feel that once they fully stretch they will be amazing but I’d definitely look into something else. Especially if you are gifting. Maybe a 10 yr old could wear these but idk. They are beautiful and look like the picture but idk who this is marketed for. They are very warm tho. The soles are cheap. They are pretty smooth on the bottom but after walking for a few days they have better grip. You might be better off at Walmart unless you are buying to have name brand. I heard Burlington has lots of good juicy boots that you can actually see in person. As you can tell my foot is forcing itself backwards because it’s so tight on top. I’m usually an 8.5 but I’m starting to wonder if they are all tight or I should get a 9 ... show more

i got a size 7 and i love love love them theyre so cute, but u have to know they seem small at first but u just need to break into them. they are kinda slippery though, i'd say theyre worth the money. theyre also comfy i like them, and the color is exactly like the picture. they arent that warm theyre just like every other boot in my opinion. worth the buy though ... show more
