I have been redoing our bedroom in smokey gray and lavender and this comforter set is The Crowning Glory of it all. First off I have to say, thank you Juicy Couture for not shipping product compressed! It is so wonderful that this comforter set comes in a zip bag for future storage and the comforter comes out looking luscious and ready for the bed. It is summer and we are hot sleepers, so I had to turn the AC down even further to give this comforter set a whirl. The comforter is actually not all that heavy and we were in bliss with the house at 67°, but sadly it's going to be put away until winter so the electrical bill won't soar. Until then I will dream about how incredibly soft this comforter feels and how the very sumptuous texture of it raises my style meter to almost perfection. I was worried at first when I saw that it is Full/ Queen size because I always worry that we will get short changed on our queen bed. But no, this comforter is 90 in by 90 in, more than adequate for our queen size bed. The comforter does have a pile, hence the term micro mink, and the sheared look of it is just beautiful. It's not as long as what would be termed faux fur, yet not as short as velvet. It is the perfect length pile for elegant and sophisticated, but not formal. That time of this review this juicy Couture Plush Micromink Comforter Set is selling for $79.59. Considering the quality of the construction and that it is simply beautiful, I feel it was money well spent. ... show more
