This is our first juicer. I have used a professional one many years ago and didn't want one. This is simple to use following instructions. It is easy to clean. I throw everything in a sink full of hot water and soap to sit for awhile. The only part that takes any time to clean is the basket. I use the brush, and everything comes out. All the other parts practically clean themselves. The part the basket fits into gets some juice so it needs to be wiped down or it will get grungy. It is powerful and separates the juice. It does leave some juice in the pulp. This is good for us. One of us likes fruit and the other likes juice. Now we are both happy. We like orange juice with pulp. It is hard to find. Now the pulp can be returned to the juice. We save about half the pulp and add some sweetener. It is so good! We use the #1 setting. The #2 would probably remove more juice. We have done the same with peaches. The juice is thick, and the pulp has a nice texture. Much too good to toss out. We added some sweetener and a little cornstarch and made a wonderful Peach Crisp. We will continue to do this. We cut the oranges into 1/8ths, they were simple to pull the orange off the skin. Then juiced them. We peeled the freestone peaches and removed the pit. They juiced up quickly. We added some nectarines, they were good, but should have been peeled first. The nectarines were not freestone. There is a hack to removing the pit. They can be cut crosswise and twisted apart. Cut crosswise again and remove the pit. Super easy. These are the only fruits I had on hand from our orchard. I will use others as they are available. ... show more

    • Works well, but it's louder than I'd like.
It can be a little bit of a pain to clean after, but it does the job well and it has already saved us money! We really enjoy fresh stuff, so being able to make our own juice at home where we know exactly what is in it is great! I really like this juicer even though I wish it wasn't so loud, and I would definitely recommend it to others. ... show more

This is the first juicer I've ever owned or operated, so I don't have anything to compare this to. That being said, I am happy with this juicer. I expected a lot of parts and a lot of clean up, just based on things I've heard from others, and this juicer lived up to those expectations haha There are a lot of parts but once you use it a few times and get familiar with where everything goes, it's not a big deal. I did have to look at the directions a lot when first assembling it. I wanted this to make our wellness shots with raw ginger and turmeric root, orange and lemon juice and black pepper. I found that the roots had to be done in small batches and the filter basket cleaned after each time. This was a pain in the butt but I love how smooth the finished product came out. It pulverized and juiced the orange and lemon segments easily and wonderfully. No issue there! You do have to cut everything up into chunks and peel the ginger and turmeric. It got a little messy and the clean up was a pain, but honestly worth it. It does come with a special brush to clean the filter basket, which worked very well and I appreciated. Good lower cost juicer. It works pretty good but I did notice some larger chunks. Overall it did do what I needed it to do & I am satisfied with it.

    • Great for making juices, plus many other uses
I was looking to make fruit and vegetable juices to increase my daily intake without it feeling like a chore. This was great for squeeing out the juices and to drink at home or take on the go. It was also great for getting lime or lemon juice to use in savory applications. It has a good amount of power and does what we wanted. Juicers, I know are a bit tough to clean so I went in knowing there might be some issue with stragglers getting stuck. I think this was easy enough to clean but it might have helped our family personally to have more fitting accessories to clean out the junk super well. It is not hard to clean compared to others we've tried though and we did find a way to clean it all out. This small caveat aside, it does exactly what you would want it to do and it is a great value compared to some of the bigger kitchen appliance brands. I think its worth a try and would be a good fit for anyone in need of a juicer. ... show more

Easy to use and truly easy to clean. We have decided to make our daily intake of vitamins easier and smarter than just swallowing capsules. We have a very basic citrus juicer and have used it mainly to extract juice for recipes. This juicer gives us the option of way more than citrus. One of my favorite juices is cucumber, celery and kale. I can make as much or as little as I feel like with this machine. They have an excellent booklet on set up, use, cleaning and safety along with a recipe booklet that is full of great selections. But this is your chance to experiment and come up with blends that are going to be family favorites. The cost is in line with other good juice machines.
