The media could not be loaded. This is my first juicer, so I don't have anything to compare it to; however, based on my experience with food processors, blenders, coffee grinders, and other similar products, this juicer from Tuumiist was very much a non-intimidating item to assemble and test. <I've provided videos demonstrating the assembly and usage.> It's essentially a base that plugs in and turns on, off, and reverse, which is in case something gets stuck (remember not to add tough skins, peels, hard seeds, and anything else that may damage the motor). The base is black with gold trim, which looks very nice. From there are four attachments, all of which are designed essentially to fit on top of one another. 1- Start by placing the juicing bowl on the base so that the bowl's line matches with the base's unlocked position, then turn it to lock. 2- Add the basket in the juicing bowl so it fits in place, then 3- Add the auger screw in the basket so it's fitted in place. Finally, 4- the juice lid (where the food goes in) is placed on the juicing bowl so the lid's marker is to the right of the bowl's marker; then turn the lid left so they line up locked in place. That's it- you're ready to add fruits and vegetables. There are two outputs; one for the pulp and the other for the juice. Provided are two decent-sized cups, one for pomace (pulp?) and the other for your juice. Unlike the other reviewers who had more cool stuff to test with, I only had two oranges. Once I plugged it in, turned it to the "On" position, and slowly added halved orange slices, which I then pressed down with the pusher. Others speak of how slow their process was, but juicing the two oranges only took around 10-15 minutes. It turned out great! I like the orange pulp (even in it's less flavorful juiceless state) so I gobbled that up, then drank the juice. Clean up was the thing I dreaded the most (based on my annoying blender), but even that was not hard or time-consuming really. I read that the cold-press is better, and this is a good price, but again, this is my first juicer. What I will say that this juicer is a total winner with me! No complaints, five stars!

I recently ordered the Cold Press Juicer Machine. The slow juicing technology ensures that the maximum amount of nutrients and juice from produce, with minimal oxidation. This results in better flavors and juice that is more nutritious. Centrifugal Juicers push produce through a cutting screen and spin the slurry at high speeds. The centrifugal force extracts the juice from the pulp, but the high-speed operation generates heat which can reduce nutritional value. Masticating Juicers grind the produce and then force the slurry through a fine screen to separate the liquid from the pulp. These types of juicers tend to require more prep work because the produce needs to be precut. Cold Press Juicers are considered the "gold-standard". A hydraulic press is used to extract juice, which minimizes heat, oxidation, and fiber content. This results in the most nutrition and easy-to-digest juice. Typically Cold Press Juicers are known to be very expensive, but somehow TUUMIST has created a high-quality Cold Press Juicer at an extremely affordable price. Trust me... this is an impressive juicer for the price. The powerful motor handles even the toughest vegetables effortlessly, and the reverse function is a lifesaver when it comes to preventing clogs and ensuring a smooth juicing process. Its compact size is perfect for my kitchen, saving valuable counter space without compromising on power or efficiency. Cleaning is a breeze, thanks to the well-designed parts that are easy to disassemble and rinse. Overall, this juicer is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to incorporate more fresh juice into their diet, combining functionality, efficiency, and style in one impressive package.

Easy to set up juice extractor. Comes with 2 cups, instructions and electric cord. Make sure to read directions as with certain fruits/veggies must be cut up in small pieces. Easy turn on/off switch. Comes with stick to push items down and juice comes out easily.

The media could not be loaded. This is actually rather small when compared to a typical juicer. I was quite surprised by how little it was (as you can see from the picture it is about the same height as our paper towel holder). My niece is making juice in the video, and this does work incredibly well. As I travel often and spend exorbitant amounts of money on fresh juice, my niece pointed out that since this is so small I can actually take this with me and make my own juice while away from home - which will save me a ton of money. Although this is rather small, it does the same as the bigger juicers but takes up so much less space. This is excellent for someone who does not have a lot of space or a single person, as this is so small and compact. Although I personally felt this was rather pricy to be so small (I have another juicer that is much larger and costs about the same), as I previously stated, if you do not have much space this is something that you could definitely benefit from. My grandmother always said to me, ‘you get what you pay for,’ so in my opinion this is worth the cost due to how well it worked. The clean-up was easy and it comes with a brush that will allow you to ensure the device is free of any left-over fruit or vegetable peels. Overall I am going to declare this as a total winner as it worked incredibly well and the clean up was relatively easy.
