This is a really nice juicer. I have used it several times since purchasing it. HOWEVER when I used it on Labor day Monday, I began to hear some jingling noise from the bottom. Mind you I've been very careful with my juicer while cleaning it as to not damage it. I've never dropped it and it sticks to the counter with the suction cups underneath when it's on the counter so it doesn't move at all. So it's puzzles me as to how and what caused the loose pieces. You can see the pictures of what I am speaking of. Up until then I was very pleased with my purchase. If I can get someone to contact me concerning this issue would be greatly appreciated thanks. This juicer is good for those just beginning. It is easy to operate and clean. I've noticed that it doesn't completely juice all of the fruit. There have been small chunks of fruit left in the repository. Otherwise, it works well.

We got this because of the more reasonable price then some and good reviews. We've used it a lot now and it does work well, even better then expected for the price. Don't overload it, I use fairly small pieces. Only 4 stars because it can't seem to do the job without making a huge mess. A little juice always seems to spill out. Its always big cleanup. Overall we are very happy with what we got for the price. I'm guessing a more expensive one might not make quite as big of a mess on the counter. ... show more

I used to have a Jack LaLanne juicer which was a tank compared to this thing. This gets the job done though. I've had it for a few months and haven't had any problems. Good value for the money.
