Great balance bike! I love the adjustable seat. The instructions weren’t the greatest. But I put it on the lowest setting for my 2 y/o at first so we could get comfortable and then raised it. He did not like it at first because he would fall over but it didn’t take him long before he learned how to balance on it. Update: They reached out to me and offered me a replacement or a refund for my purchase. Extremely great customer service. Will deal with them again. Bicycle seems decent it was fairly easy to put together but not the easiest. The worst part is the manufacturing. This bike is just not straight you can tell that it was not built properly the seat is not properly lined up with the frame. And the frame itself is not perfectly straight. Maybe I just got a bad one but seems like pretty poor craftsmanship from the manufacturer. My kids still loves it but I can't help but notice all the defects. ... show more
