Assembly was easy just time consuming (I didn't track the time, but it felt roughly 20-30 minutes?? It was definitely not hours and hours tho). I have a lot of patience and building furniture is usually easy for me if the instructions are visually clear, which these are. (If you don't have the patience to put together stuff or have a hard time understanding/following visual instructions, then maybe get someone else to do it or look elsewhere). I think for most people, this structure shouldn't be a problem to build. It's not "rocket science." If you go slow and check twice, you'll do fine. Plastic sheet cover is nice. I kinda want a backup one, because my cat likes "wiping" her paws on the surface of the plastic. She furiously does a digging/clawing motion without actually digging her claws into the plastic if that makes sense. I think she likes the smooth texture of the plastic tarp. But I can see the tarp getting wear and tear eventually. Everything is holding together very well. Wasn't missing any pieces. Be sure to really push the bars into the plastic connectors. I found the bars for the very top that arced were the hardest to get into the right position, but you just have to mess with it. It definitely fits. I don't know about using this outside since I bought it specifically for indoor use. It takes up about 2/3 of my cat's favorite bird-watching window. I plan on moving this greenhouse to a different window after I finish setting up some other furniture. For indoor use, it's perfect. I bought separately, a sheet of plastic and laid it down beneath the greenhouse's bottom level/shelf so that water, soil etc doesn't get on the vinyl floors. After that, I connected the shelves via the plastic connectors it came with. I wish they gave you more because I found I needed a few extra to snap the shelf to the bars in order to really make sure they lie flat. I fixed this issue by using velcro straps. After this, I laid down an extra layer of plastic on the bottom shelf and made sure that none of the corners stuck out. It was all neatly tucked in so that nothing leaks down below. I imagine this thing is flimsy if you don't weigh it down by placing heavier plants on the bottom. So far, I haven't had an issue. It's sturdily constructed (and has more than several velcro straps added just for security measures. The Velcro straps weren't originally required due to a faulty shelf or something breaking; everything is working as it should, I just like adding Velcro straps because I like making sure everything is secure). I actually removed the shelving on the left side to allow my taller plants room to grow. It's still a learning curve on where each plant prefers to be placed for lighting preference. I am actually able to hang plants off the center bar that connects the other bars to create the top. I wish there were more places to hang a few more. I then bought two sets of clamp lights specifically for plants. Currently, I have them velcro tied to the middle shelf and top shelf. (you can see them in the first photo). This, I think, is the hardest bit so far: finding a way to clip the lights and run the cable through the inside and out of the Greenhouse without having to keep the flap unzipped. I've tried clamping the lights to the top and middle shelves. I also have the same issue with plugging in my humidifier. The cables all run down and come out beneath the plastic flap, however, it's not very loose. I need a longer extension cord. I'm mostly worried about having an exposed wire to the water/humidity. For now, I have to keep the very top of the flap open because the clamp for the light is clipped around the outer support bar. It's not too big of a deal, but humidity does escape unless I tuck plastic or something in the gap. If it gets too bright, I throw my spider web table cloth over the green house so now only filtered light gets through. Thinking about getting some long plastic trays to place all the plants in so I don't have to have so many layers of plastic on the ground. I check to make sure no moisture is trapped. So far, so good. No rust, no cracking of the plastic connectors, no leaks or holes in the plastic. Doing great so far! ... show more

I enjoyed setting this up. It took a bit but it was just connecting different sized piping to corner pieces. It fits my space perfectly and I like the curved design. It's sturdy enough for my plants but will be easy to transfer outside or to the porch when it's nice out. I hang my grow lights from the bars and that seems to work well. I especially like that the cover has two zippers so I can zip down from the top or up from the bottom when I'm watering or harvesting my plants. It also keeps great humidity and temp for my seedlings. So excited to be starting my own plants from seed and having an indoor garden! ... show more

We are very happy with this purchase! We needed protection for our plants from rambunctious kittens/cat, and this greenhouse is perfect for our needs! The front opening has a double/two direction zipper (it can be zipped/unzipped in several manners - up/down, all on one side or the other, or coming together in the top center as we have it so we can zip downward to open or close our opening, which can be opened as far as we want or all the way to the floor - on one side or both) Bottom line... lots of versatility in regards to the zipper opening options. Now my plants are happy and safe! Assembly was reasonable, and though it's not heavyweight shelving, it's plenty strong and sturdy for our needs. Likewise, the quality, fit, and zipper of the clear plastic cover is also decent - actually, better quality and weight than I was expecting. And the price was very reasonable for the product. (Note: Not included, but you may notice we also added several strip LED plant lights plus a bottom make-shift liner since I'm a sloppy waterer.) ... show more

You get what you pay for. I opted for this because it was more affordable than other options and while it was easy to assemble I wouldn’t trust heavy or large plants bigger than a single flower on anything but the bottom shelf. It will tip easily if you don’t have weight on the bottom. The plastic doesn’t even fit on the shelf to close with a very large gap between the zippers, cancelling out the ability to even be a greenhouse and keep warmth. ... show more
