My family has a history of kyphosis (hunchback) and although it has gotten less severe in newer generations, it's a serious condition that exaggerates forward rounding of the upper spine and causes pain and stiffness. On top of that, have degenerative disc disease and occipital neuralgia. When I slouch for too long it can trigger my occipital neuralgia and cause prolonged severe headaches for days. Being big busted doesn't help with back pain either. I wasn't looking for a cure all, just something that I can wear while I am awake to prevent the conditions from worsening. Order one size up if you don't like things being too snug on your body. I'm 5'1" - 160lbs - Bra size 38DD and I ordered an XL. This vest has adjustable closures at the front like the closures on a bra and is very stretchy. I've found that fastening it at the middle enclosure is most comfortable for me but I like having a snug fit (like a bra that's slightly too tight around the ribs). This means I have room both ways for the enclosures if I lose or gain weight. The tension of the fabric is designed to keep my shoulders back, preventing me from slouching or rather, it makes it uncomfortable for me to slouch, but it's not uncomfortable to wear, in fact I'd say it's well fitted. I'm absolutely ecstatic that I found something to help with this issue ❤

It works nice. It doesnt force my back to stand straight, but it makes slouching very uncomfortable. Which is nice to break the slouching habit! I just feel like you need the band very tight for it to work well, so this would not be recommended for heavy exercise as it makes heavy breathing a bit difficult.

I am a bra size 32D and I ordered a size Medium. It fits great! A thing to note, it doesn't completely hold my shoulders back, rather it makes it uncomfortable for me to slouch, thus making me have better posture haha. I wore this under my uniform for a nine hour shift and I did get compliments on how my posture looked much better. However, the first time I wore it all day, I did notice that my back was tired (probably from using muscles it's not used to haha) but subsequent wearings have lessened and eliminated the fatigue. Definitely do not wear it 24/7, give your back a break! If you get chafing around your armpits, it's probably too tight. I found loosening it completely gets rid of the rubbing. I have found that it looks best to pair the brace with a sports bra rather than a traditional bra, as the part that goes around your boobs can compress the bra and add a weird crease to regular bras that is noticeable under regular clothes, however a sports bra has no such problem. I have already recommended this to my coworkers and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their posture but just needs a little push.

If you want extra cleavage, this is for you!! If you are looking for something to help with your posture like I was, definitely don’t buy this. My chest looked great but I was hoping it would have some effect to help pull my shoulders back a bit and help with posture so overall not satisfied. Comfortable though and can be worn under tight shirts without showing

First one I bought was too tight so for the price I gave it away and bought the next size up. For FIFTY years I have sat in front of a typewriter/computer hunched over day after day. My shoulders and upper back always hurt. Then I recently tore my rotator cuff and messed up my clavical and shoulder blade. Not much they can do for me and surgery won't help. I'm telling you this inexpensive support shaper gave me immediate pain relief making me hold my shoulders in the proper position and supporting my shoulder blade. Not too much pressure, just right!!! This product should also be recommended by anyone who does ergonomic training!!! I know I will... Can't go wrong especially for the price!!!!!

My boobs have never felt so supported 🥰 10/10 recommend. I wore it all day and can say it’s a tiny reminder to straighten your back too. At the end of the day tho I forgot as it isn’t putting pressure or anything against you to keep your shoulders up. At the end of the day though I was using a loose bra and I used this to extend the life of the band and straps of my bras. It defiantly brought my girls up compared to my used and need to replace bra could do. Good investment
