Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's the one I use in car. It charges quickly and adequately. The phone sticks to it magnetically firmly. Rarely have any problem there. The Most finicky thing is the mount to the louvered duct slats, but that's true with all of these type mounts. Still I prefer this over the 'stick to your dash' kind that leave residue. I've used it for nearly a hear now and would replace with same if needed.

Very nice charger, holds phone well, and one of the sturdiest clamping mechanisms I've seen outside of pro camera gear. One of the reasons I selected this charger was that the USB input is hidden behind the charging surface, but it still points down, and with the included (rather short) cable the cable protrudes and takes away from the otherwise clean style. Pictured: with a 3rd party 90 degree L shaped USB cable (not included but well worth it IMHO) Also note that the ball joint is fully integrated with the clip and doesn't unscrew. For those hoping to connect this some other way you'll need a ball of the right size. That said, the clamp seems to be a very high quality plastic and almost feels like machined aluminum. the nature of the mechanism is a very robust design and I haven't had issues even in the tight suspension of my mini cooper on the rough city streets around here. Pros: + elegant design + Sturdy + works great Cons: - USB port orientation/cable combo is not a clean look - wish there were more mounting options (e.g. a naked ball with a screw) - included cable runs short (and is type A-C not C-C)

The charger works very well, connected to QC3.0 it fast wireless charges my S22 Ultra without difficulty. I have vertical vents so it can wiggle a bit, kinda wish it had tabs in the vertical direction as well as the horizontal to help hold it in place but it clamps tightly to the vent blade and is easy to install/remove quickly. The ball joint is still tight and despite the phone with case being a bit on the heavy side, it hasn't drooped with all the bumps while driving. The magnetism isn't ridiculously strong, if I bump my phone when I reach for the wipers it can pop off but it's also easy to quicky remove without having to fight it and it doesn't fall off with general driving, even over speed bumps or pot holes. It's a sleek looking device and the blue glow is lovely and not intrusive to night vision when the phone is not connected. I received an email from the company the day before the item arrived asking if the item was received on time and in good working condition. I replied once the charger was received and they replied in less than 24hrs stating that the warranty was activated. I haven't had any issues with the item but feel fairly certain the company would respond quickly to resolve it. Would definitely recommend.

I've been using it over a month now, and I'm really happy with this product. It doesn't charge super fast, but I think it's limited by what my phone can do anyway. If I have maps and music on in the car, it'll very slowly increase in charge which is good enough for me (just don't want it draining on long trips so slight increase is fine). I'm not usually someone that likes it when things light up, but in this case it's actually useful and the light turns off once the phone is on it. The hold is strong (I have a 13 mini so not sure how it is on heavy phones), it has a nice low profile look, and I like that I can easily spin the phone to rotate. It stays very secure on my air vent, no problem. Overall, I highly recommend it and I'd buy it again!

When I got a new car with wireless CarPlay, I was concerned it would use more battery power. Having this mount has kept up charging with the use of the phone with GPS and wireless CarPlay. It is a pretty strong magnet, but it does fall off on very bumpy roads. The mount is sturdy and is the perfect size for the iPhone 15 pro max.

I have had other car vent chargers in the past, and usually have not been satisfied on how well they stay attached. This design is outstanding, the best I have seen. The charger itself is a little slower than other magsafe chargers I own, but adequate for both short and long drives. If I had two cars, I would buy a second one without hesitation. I only wish that there was an add-on available to raise the height from the ball on the mount to the socket on the charger. My steering column gear shift lever wants to hit the phone when installed (2022 F150). Other than that, it is perfect.

This is by far the best MagSafe compatible car mount I've come across, including the (very) expensive PeakDesign ones. I have now 3 of these in different cars. This mount is perfect when the phone is on it. It hasn't dropped the phone even once, even through bumpy off road trails. Very strong magnets, and phone doesn't get hot. The only downside is the annoying blue LED when the phone is not on it. I.e., at night, without attaching the phone it's very distracting. I wish the manufacturer would revise to add a switch for the light, or just create a new variant without the LED in it. I bought a 4th one just to tear down to see if I can disconnect the LED, but unfortunately, they have made it non serviceable and there is no way to tear this down and build it back up without destroying it. Sigh. Now I've to make sure I drive with the phone on it, even when I don't need the phone on the mount, just to avoid seeing that LED. Otherwise, I'd have given this 5 stars.
