I originally bought a very small version of these for My morning espresso shot with a little bit half-and-half. They were great but I always liked more coffee than what is in the smaller cups so they are expensive, And I didn’t buy them for a long time. My mistake because once I got them I have been using them basically daily. It’s great for a nice big mug of coffee and it stays warm for much longer than just your average coffee cup. They’re easily used in the microwave and they really make the coffee look great. I've been using a ceramic coffee cup for some time. While it's large, it's heavy as heck and since I've moved to single-cup pour-over brewing it's a pain to monitor the level of coffee in the mug. These glass mugs, while not huge, are a good single cup size. The wide handle makes the lightweight glass easy to hold, even when full. Simple to see the level of coffee, no more overflow issues! Hooray. They do feel a touch fragile, but that might be as compared to the lump of stone mug I had that you could use to drive nails. So far, hand washes easily and minor bumps against thigs have zero effect. If these break I'll buy therm again. Says it all.

I've had these mugs for only a day, but so far they're fine. They're nicely finished, the handles are comfortable, and the coffee stays warm longer. UPDATE After I had used one of the two mugs about three times, water appeared in the space between the inner and outer walls, clear evidence that the seal had leaked. When I washed the second mug, which I had never actually used at all, to see whether its seal would leak, it developed a crack, presumably because of thermal expansion, where the upper end of the handle attaches to the mug's body. Despite the assurance of dishwasher safety, both mugs were washed only by hand, with the same care that had kept a pair of Home Fashions mugs Home Fashions Double Wall Insulated Mug Glasses, Set of 2, 10 Ounce For Hot And Cold Beverages intact for over a year. These mugs are so nice to use that I'm hoping these were sample defects, though even for this small sample size the 100% defect rate is discouraging. I'm going to order another pair, and will report on how they perform. UPDATE The second pair of JoyJolt mugs arrived on January 25, and both mugs have been used several times. So far they are flawless, so I suspect the problems with the first pair were atypical. If you're thinking about ordering a pair, Amazon's return policy eliminates the financial risk of defects that show up promptly.

It’s our second pair, very nice product, keeps coffee hot for a while. Very careful while cleaning, it doesn’t slip from your hands otherwise they are very fragile. Place a rubber mat on your sink and clean it alone !

I love these JoyJolt thermal glass mugs and so do all of my guests. I have numerous fun ceramic mugs in my cupboard but I always turn to these because of the great thermal quality, the size and how beautiful lattes and other coffee and tea drinks look in them.

I read some complaints that these doesn't insulate very well but they work great for me. I've used conventional ceramic and glass mugs for years and I'm accustomed to having to reheat my coffee before I can finish it, whereas for the last 2 weeks I haven't had to retreat to the microwave. They are indeed thin-walled so I'm not optimistic they would last long if I let the kids bang them around, loading and unloading them from the dishwasher. But I was already in the habit of hand washing my coffee cup when I clean up the French press so no biggie. Overall I'm quite happy with them.

Absolute JUNK!!!!! I purchased these cups because they were supposed to be oven safe, microwavable, dishwasher safe, etc. I decided to baby the cups anyway because they were so delicate. I used one cup twice, hand washed it, and carefully placed it on a dish mat by itself to dry. I made sure it didn't touch another dish because I was so afraid it would break. Yes, that's how delicate it is. I got coffee this morning and guess what? The coffee cracked the top as it was going into the cup!!!!!!!!! What an absolute joke!!!! You'd think that paying almost 10.00 for a cup to drink out of would at least get you more that 2 cups of coffee at home!! Never again!!! Do yourself a favor....... DON'T BUY THIS JUNK AND DON'T BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT FROM JOYJOLT!!!!!!! It's NOT what is "cracked" up to be!! 🤣🤣
