We have ordered the JoyJolt Thermal mug three times. There are two mugs in each box, and the first four mugs were excellent. In the most recent order, two mugs arrived in what looked like excellent condition. Each mug was examined to be sure there was no damage in shipping. When the inspection was complete, both mugs were placed in the dishwasher. At the end of the dishwasher cycle, one of the mugs had about 1/4 cup of water inside the double wall. We searched for the reason and learned it was from the seal on the bottom of the mug. A portion of the water seeped out of the bottom where the glass was not totally sealed off. There remains a small amount of water inside the one mug’s double wall. After talking with Amazon’s Customer Service, a replacement mug is to arrive in the next couple of days. We really like these mugs. With either hot or cold drinks, there is no moisture on the outside to cause problems with furniture. We would have given 5 stars if all six individual mugs were perfectly sealed. For us, five out of the six were fine. Hopefully, the replacement will be fine too, when it arrives.

These are so light weight, I thought they were plastic but then I dropped one, and they are definitely glass. My husband LOVES them as they keep his coffee hot but the handle remains cool. This is my 2nd set I have ordered for him and as other coffee mugs break, I will replace them with these. Awesome product and at a terrific price.

I've been using a ceramic coffee cup for some time. While it's large, it's heavy as heck and since I've moved to single-cup pour-over brewing it's a pain to monitor the level of coffee in the mug. These glass mugs, while not huge, are a good single cup size. The wide handle makes the lightweight glass easy to hold, even when full. Simple to see the level of coffee, no more overflow issues! Hooray. They do feel a touch fragile, but that might be as compared to the lump of stone mug I had that you could use to drive nails. So far, hand washes easily and minor bumps against thigs have zero effect. If these break I'll buy therm again. Says it all.

When I saw this thermal clear glass mug it was just what I was looking for…something I could use for both hot and cold drinks with a handle that doesn’t get hot when microwaved. Clean up is easy and leaves no coffee stains. Nice that you can get two for a great price. Keeps my drink both hot and cold. Great purchase!

Absolute JUNK!!!!! I purchased these cups because they were supposed to be oven safe, microwavable, dishwasher safe, etc. I decided to baby the cups anyway because they were so delicate. I used one cup twice, hand washed it, and carefully placed it on a dish mat by itself to dry. I made sure it didn't touch another dish because I was so afraid it would break. Yes, that's how delicate it is. I got coffee this morning and guess what? The coffee cracked the top as it was going into the cup!!!!!!!!! What an absolute joke!!!! You'd think that paying almost 10.00 for a cup to drink out of would at least get you more that 2 cups of coffee at home!! Never again!!! Do yourself a favor....... DON'T BUY THIS JUNK AND DON'T BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT FROM JOYJOLT!!!!!!! It's NOT what is "cracked" up to be!! 🤣🤣
