These curtains are THICK, high quality and a beautiful material. They remind me almost of soft velvet stage curtains. I bought a tension rod to hang them in my sons closet door area and will be buying more for his window area, they are great at blocking the sun AND heat (we live in Florida so that's important!) Lovely! Exactly as pictured. Well worth the price. The quality of the fabric was very soft and could definitely tell it was expensive and although I used them for photo backdrop, the thickness would definitely block out light. Color match the color picture without a guess.

The look and feel of the curtains is plush and hangs with a nice weight. We hung them on the pocket doors in our 1860s home. They added a nice visual weight to the room and look like we spent more than we did. I've already ordered another set. Great quality and value! Buy these curtains!

The curtains look nice and are true blackout. The only “con” I can think of is that because they’re velvet, they don’t slide very well on the curtain rod when opening/closing. It’s not a huge deal and definitely not a deal breaker. The green color is gorgeous and quality is great!
