    • Loved product till it broke and owner will not send new handle.
Loved this product when I first got it. Handle busted after 2.5 months of using it 4 times. Asked owner to send new handle and he says it's past the return date. For over 100.00 your product should last more than 2.5 months

    • Missing front wheel nut
I was so excited to received my new cart, only to be disappointed that the front wheel nut missing. Im going through every junk box looking for the right size nut. I bought this cart to be able to transport all my very very expensive camera lenses and other equipment that I use for wildlife photography. I opened it up, put in the padding, loaded all my equipment into it and as I was wheeling it out I noticed a weird sound I looked down and the wheel was almost falling off. I literally wanted to cry. I take my photography very serious and I was so tired of using four backpacks to carry my equipment on my projects . This idea popped in my head to get myself a nice foldable cart with big wheels to easily transport my stuff safely. I work really really long hours and when I got home from work I started looking through all my junk drawers trying to find the right size nut which I still have not found. I still work for the next five days 12 hour shifts from eight in the morning till eight at night so I have zero time to go to a hardware store and I have a trip for my photography projects morning after I get out of work on Monday. Now I’m gonna have to delay all this to go find a nut and hopefully it won’t fall off because I couldn’t find any washers on the wheels either which I think is troubling because most likely these nuts are going to fall off when I’m using it. ... show more
