Help for Thanksgiving

I have a large immediate family, and like many, I found myself hosting Thanksgiving for the first time ever this year. I have a few large casserole dishes, but I needed something slightly smaller for all of those Thanksgiving sides. These were absolutely perfect! These are slightly smaller than my Corning Ware dishes (1 qt vs. 1.5-2.5 qts). They're very pretty, too; the color is so warm and inviting. Some things to note: - These don't stack well because of the handles. That doesn't bother me, but I could see that being a problem if you have limited storage space. - While I used these for side dishes for many people, I could imagine these being a very good size for normal casseroles when you only have to feed a couple of people. ... show more

I love this baking dish. I've had it just over a year and I use it all the time. It's a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Mine is red and its just as lovely as the day it arrived. Its sturdy, easy to clean.
