Quality is bad. Not what it advertises. No frosted tips, all bent up in box and cheap frame. Bow is a joke, 1 pine cone added with cheap wire. Not sure they can be straightened to give them a decent appearance. Still debating on sending back.

We found the items to be the quality of most other Christmas displays. Wreaths are as expected with LED lights and a controller with button that controls various combinations of flashing, fading and on/off switching. Controller on each wreath requires 3 - AA batteries. We purchased two sets of 3 wreaths. Everything works. WHY does Amazon report a high return rate? The wreaths are shipped in a 13" square box. Sold as 19" wreaths, I found them be more in the range of 22". This is the problem. The wreaths and bows are crushed and it takes time to correct. Our routine - 1. Straightened branches on the wreath. 2. Installed 3 AA batteries in the control box and switched on. 3. Oriented LEDs to the wreath side that we displayed. Many are hidden and it becomes evident. 4. Hang. We used the VIS'V Wreath Hangers, Large Clear Heavy Duty Suction Cup Hooks. These hooks make it very simple. Placed ours on the inside of windows to avoid wind and weather. 5. After hanging wreaths, we placed wire ties on the bows and tied them to form a loop. We then placed the loop on the same hook as the wreath. This places the bows behind the wreath to avoid blocking the view of the LED lights. The bow and ribbons are still visible as the bows are positioned at the top of the wreath opening with ribbons extending down to the bottom of the wreath. Pleased with the results. Haven't been used long enough to comment on battery life. Small boxes may have been used to lower shipping costs, but it seems that sales/satisfaction would be improved by shipping in an appropriately sized box even if the price had to be increased a reasonable amount.

Well I was planning to use these for windows but after receiving them I was Very Disappointed in their appearance... they did not measure 20" as described but the ring was only 10" and after folding out branches they measured 16" not 20". All 3 did have red bow but only 2 had berries & pine cones & NONE were frosted branches as advertised

Worked great for front porch. I did not have any issues with the rain getting into the battery case. The timer worked well but you have to get them in sync. The timer part is a little confusing so read the directions. I had mine out for about a month. Great size, a bit bigger than I thought they would be. I used medium sized 3M strips to hang them. The bows and decorative elements were nice. Good quality. I wish I had a picture to post.
