My son was delighted to receive these for a birthday gift. They were the exact size he needed for his chubby toddler hands. I was disappointed that some of the pieces broke pretty quickly into playing with them. I got this for my husband's HO train set and he is head over heels in love with it. The detail is beautiful and well worth the price. He is making a rural old time village and he wanted farm equipment and this set works wonderfully. My husband is 74 and he plays with trains in his retirement.
