They are a little thin so i dont expect miracles but they'll still take some of the bite out of cold wind during winter. They stretch well too. The next one fit well but tends to curl around the bottom requiring reseating occasionally, When I could not find it I ordered these but have not had to use them yet. This was a life saver on the slopes having this over my ears kept me warm. I still wear this as a headband & ear warmer in the winter. Also it doesn’t make my forehead itch. I’ve found that most headband’s after a while will itch but not this one! Great purchase

This head band is soft and a little stretchy so it fits different sizes. But the material is a little thin in cold and windy weather. The wind will blow right through unless you have an extra layer.
