Description

Delta White Steel Rectangular Transfer Tank Truck Box - 96 Gallon Capacity features a 14-gauge construction for long-term durability. The internal baffles reinforce the high-strength design and controls the flow of the contents when moving. All tanks are pressure tested for leaks. The features include: all tanks are pressure tested for leaks. The 2 inch reinforced bungs allow convenient use from either side; a filter system is recommended. There are built-in lifting rings to assist with lifting and moving an empty tank. A lockable filler cap and coupler prevent excessive pressure build up. The heavy-duty brackets secure the tank to the truck bed; all brackets must be bolted to the truck bed.

This is a nice tank and is as I expected it had a little bit of damage from UPS shipping. I had to drive to the UPS depot to pick it up because they refused to deliver it which is a bummer because I had to go across a Ferry to get to the depot where it was at which cost lotta extra money to and from

The tank looks just like the last one purchased except for one thing. While the mounting hardware was included there are no holes in the mounting brackets. I'll now have to spend the time and expense to drill the eight holes in order to mount it. Very disappointed the manufacture didn't catch an important detail such as this. Wonder if there is anything missing on the inside of the tank. Next time I'll look for another manufacture. ... show more

This tank is an example of one of the few times I found an Amazon listed product more expensive than local drive to point of purchase. I bought the same tank for $289, far below the $500+ listed price on Amazon. Amazon is a great source for my intial research and very often purchase point for what all I seek. Amazon buyer reviews have been more helpful than Consumer Reports. I also very much appreciate that I do not get spam mail using fake Amazon messages like I do from paypal and ebay. Pictures are of it directly out of the box brand new. The top is warped so it will most likely hold standing water. The welds are so crappy that we are concerned of leaks, like others have posted about. It has debris inside of it which sounds like welding debris. The paint is pretty crappy to be honest. This thing is junk and not worth it. Spend more money on a better tank. ... show more
