This is a great lubricant — it doesn’t cause any irritation or allergic reactions, which is very important to us. It’s fairly thick and slightly sticky, so if you prefer a lighter, more slippery texture, this might not be the best fit. My husband absolutely loves it, especially because it doesn’t dry out quickly. Personally, I’m not a big fan of the stickiness, but the formula is excellent and reliable. We’ve been buying it regularly and will continue to do so.

Great lubricant. Back when I worked in a fairly classy adult shop, this was our best selling water based lube. Now, almost a decade later, it is still all my girlfriend and I use. It is silky smooth, it doesn't ever get sticky and it lasts a pretty long time. I would say it is superior to KY Jelly, Astroglide, Slippery Stuff, and pretty much any other water based lube I have tried. I wasn't sure if this stuff would be the same since my last bottle was still the old packaging, but this stuff seems to be the exact same, just in updated packaging. FTR, if you're looking for silicone lube, try out Gun Oil. It is awesome, super long lasting, and like JO, Gun Oil was our best seller at the shop as far as silicone lube went. However, water based is always better to use with condoms since silicone can break down latex and it's not worth the risk. Water based is also easier to clean off, just rinse in the sink or shower and you're good to go. Silicone always requires soap to clean off. This JO H2O lube would also be good to use for toys since it's easy to clean and doesn't get sticky and lasts long enough.
