I had some trouble with my initial unit and the company was nothing but 5 star in resolving my problem. Hard to find a company that actually cares about their product and more importantly their customer. I would buy from this company in the future knowing this.

Below review is the same issue I had. "My ONLY complaint is that the plastic lever or bar that dispenses balls for your iron shots is not weighted and it doesn’t retract like the lever used for your shots with your driver, that lever has a weight on the end of it and it retracts perfectly. I’m just wondering why there is no weight on the lever for the iron shots, was it manufactured that way? The lever stays in the down position all the time. I am going to tinker with it by adding some weight to see if it retracts after every shot" ... show more

I set up a hitting range into a net and along with the mat and launch monitor, this fits right in as a ball dispenser. It doesn't require any electricity, so I can set it up in the driveway or backyard and not have to run a cord. It dispenses balls very well and is well built.
