I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to leave a review on this hair because it’s exceptional. It is stiff coming out the package. But I soaked it in apple cider vinegar and boiling water and shampoo. And the hair softened significantly. I’ve had it for 3 months now. I’ve dyed it, washed it several times, and curled it. The hair is holding up really well. There’s no shedding at all, and the loc is strong from top to bottom. I’ve had a lot of different loc extensions and these are one of the top brands I’ve had. Not to mention they are very affordable compared to more expensive extensions I’ve had in the past that did not compare in quality. ... show more

The hair came in a cute silk pink bag that included the loc bundles, (1) rat tail parting comb, (1) crotchet needle; and an assortment of colored hair jewelry. There was no smell to the hair which I was happy about. I still did an ACV wash on the hair. The hair was very stiff. It felt like felt material or wool like. Even after the wash, they were still stiff. I had them installed and they were very itchy. After 2 days I took them down. I gave it three stars because aesthetically, they look great.     • Long Review Warning. Great Hair.

I’ve had these over a month now installed. Yes they are stiff when you receive them. Do a hot water ACV rinse. I did 3 cups HOT ACV and 2 cups HOT water. Soaked them for about 30 minutes. Not too much grime or dirt honestly. Then shampooed and conditioned. Let them dry overnight on a towel. After install they weren’t as stiff, I was able to get them styled without a issue….I’ve bleached the ends without any issues. And since I’ve had them in they have no stiffness. I’ll be doing another wash on them again soon. Also did the burn test on a few of them when I first received them and they are in fact human hair. I hope this helps someone. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Received the hair, and of course it's pretty stiff. So I immediately did a burn test for really human hair. It's definitely human. Dreads were uniform. I assumed that they were machine stitched, however, because the hair is so compacted and gives the appeal of extremely stiff hair seeming non human. Heat is the trick people. As individuals with ethnic hair, heat has ALWAYS been the key to elasticity. I dipped and soaked the dreads in boiling hot water TWICE. Then I did a shampoo TWICE, scrubbing the dreads together VIGOROUSLY. This did the trick. Dreads are more limber and flexible and most of all, fresh. The apple cidar vinegar with baking soda and lemon juice wasn't necessary. Your choice. But the dreads are perfect and ready. Pictures coming soon! ... show more

I am not happy. I had my extensions put on because I was having two back surgeries and would not be able to tend to my hair properly. I thought I would give “locs” a try without the short ugly period. I should of went the short ugly period. It was over 200 for the extensions and to have them put in another 750. The media could not be loaded. 3 weeks in to my loc journey and I absolutely loveeee my locs! They arrive very stiff however, all I did a an ACV soak for like 24hrs, then a conditioner soak for another 24 & it helped ALOT! They were & still are kinda stiff but loosening by the day so don’t be alarmed! I will update when I bleach & add color Loved the gifts that came with! ... show more
