I bought it in May. 2 months later it has stopped charging. Flashing red light and it wount charge at all. No warranty info on Amazon site. Don’t waste your money. Buy an Apple brand

After a poor review of the product I was contacted by the company and they sent me a replacement part. This new part works as promised and I have had no issues with it since. I'm now happy with the product and quite happy with the after market service this company provided me.

I love my Beats Fit Pro buds....but from the day I got them, I was SUPER disappointed in the case. The hinge was weak and the material just seemed cheap. Well....my fun little 4 yr old decided to use my case as a "flip phone/spy comms" device and it never showed back up. I ordered this hesitantly - and it came in today and I will say I am pleasantly surprised. The material seems sturdy, the hinge clamps well, and the buds hold firm in their cradle areas very well. Add to all of this the wireless charging which the OEM case does not feature - I conclude that THIS is the case that Beats/Apple should be including with their product. WAY BETTER THAN OEM!!

I originally had the gray beats pros. I lost the case in Minneapolis Airport. My AppleCare wanted $100 to replace them. So this was a nice option. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it works as if it was brand new. I have no issues with it. They charge my beats pros just fine and it’s still connects to my phone and shows the charging.
