This fabric is thick, but just light filtering. You'll need to add room darkening or blackout shades/blinds if you want to achieve sunlight blocking. They come pretty creased, but steam out nicely. I'm happy with my purchase.

These complement The fashion, designer, sort of Parisian, but also modern looking theme. These are with a gold curtain rod and rings with clips, but you could use this multiple ways.
