The kit is easy to use, and it came with everything described. There are 14g, 16g, 18g, and 20g needles and they're all sterile. Each needle comes in a seperate thing so they don't get contaminated, and the clamps are sealed in sterilized bags. The piercings are all great, for horseshoes especially I recommend 16g needles so you can fit the jewelry in. Don't mind the weird picture of my smiley piercing, I just didn't feel like taking a newer one. Just make sure you clean your piercings afterwards and take precautions so that your piercings don't reject! Practice proper aftercare and have fun! PS. if you wear small enough jewelry it is possible to flip up smiley piercings, and obviously septums flip up too. Thought I'd mention that for you guys with stricter parents. (I know I have to flip them) Have fun <3

These needles and piercings are great! The piercings are great quality as well as easy to put in. The only thing I would prefer is that each bag of piercings specified what gauge the piercings inside are so I’m not trying each one out to find out. The needles say what gauge they are at least!

Everything works only as good as your own personal sanitation standards when piercing. The two sets of holding clamps broke on the second set of peircings I did. No infection, two new sets of lobe peircing and I'm happy, but i wish the clamps werent so flimsy. Needles are professional grade from what I can tell as well
