Fits my 2003 Honda crf230f perfectly fine. I did struggle with getting the slip-on all the way up to where it bolts at the back (tail area). I had to had have help because I wasn’t strong enough. It took a grown man to lift it up so I could put the bolt on to hold it in place. For the price, it’s great. It sounds great. It gave me a little extra power compared to the stock exhaust. The tubing is good quality and looks nice. The tubing/piping bolted up with no issues. I don’t have any leaks either. I’ve had it on there for 6-8 months and it’s been downed, no issues at all. Still looks new.

Installation was easy and simple. Exhaust system fit perfect. Exhaust system had missing spring. Tried contacting twice without a reply back. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Purchased an exhaust spring found on Amazon instead of inconveniencing myself by returning the product. Product itself gets 5 stars…seller gets 0 stars.

I purchased this as a gift for my girlfriend, she has a 2005 CRF230F and was looking for some more power and some noise out of it. The pipe sounds fantastic, I had one before retrofitted on an 80's XR200 that also sounded great. The fitment is almost perfect, I had to slid the silencer on the mid pipe and bend the pipe up a generous amount to get it to line up to the factory mount on the frame for it. The only thing that I did take slight issue with is the lack of a header gasket (luckily I had one laying around), and secondly is the threads for the mid pipe mount that bolts to the frame pulled while I was torquing it down. Im not certain it was something that I had done (Ive been a mechanic for years), so I dont think it was user errror. Just something to be mindful of. Otherwise she loves It and so do I. I pulled the "Cork" out of the airbox lid and put the pipe on, put a 45 Pilot jet in and a 108 main and it runs perfect.

The media could not be loaded. China has stepped up recently and this proves that again. Sounds nice with my weisco and big cam, no cat converter, no leakage, mounted decently, performance gain with jetting, value, good stuff here.

Sounds good but I had to modify the mid pipe to make the muffler bolt up. It was 4 inches off from bolting up. The front end of the muffler leaks.

Very easy to install. I would suggest getting a few washer or spacers for the lug bolts. Eliminates the catalytic converter and baffles.
