Fits my 2003 Honda crf230f perfectly fine. I did struggle with getting the slip-on all the way up to where it bolts at the back (tail area). I had to had have help because I wasn’t strong enough. It took a grown man to lift it up so I could put the bolt on to hold it in place. For the price, it’s great. It sounds great. It gave me a little extra power compared to the stock exhaust. The tubing is good quality and looks nice. The tubing/piping bolted up with no issues. I don’t have any leaks either. I’ve had it on there for 6-8 months and it’s been downed, no issues at all. Fitted up to a 2024 RPS HAWK no problem. Had to fab a small bracket for the silencer. Great sound and it definitely opened up the engine. Had a rich spot at WOT now motors right through it. Really nice finish.

Really good quality parts but the bend was wrong for a crf230. I am playing with different brackets but it is working fine and sounds good.

China has stepped up recently and this proves that again. Sounds nice with my weisco and big cam, no cat converter, no leakage, mounted decently, performance gain with jetting, value, good stuff here.
