Light, good variety. I have not noticed the glow in the dark working on the ones that were supposed to. Yes I put it under a light to charge them. I have 6 guage holes so they were kinda hard to install cause they are so soft, but I guess they are supposed to be. So, larger gushes this wouldn't be a problem. I love how they are a lot better quality then some of the silicone plugs for bigger sizes on here. Its good to get thicker plugs like these because the thin ones will fall out your ears while sleeping , showering , etc.
