This is the second Gold chain I have purchased as a gift on Amazon and I feel great about not being ripped off at a mall kiosk! Great price and great quality! Always pay attention to the measurements because the picture could possibly make it appear thicker or longer. The clasp is lobster style and hasn’t had any issues. The only thing that did fool me the first time is that I put “Solid Gold” in the search and did believe I was getting Solid Gold but later realized it’s “Solid Gold filled” which is not the same . I ordered the solid gold (not gold plated) chain. It was beautiful and never tarnished. Unfortunely when I was getting my hair cut she accidently sniped it so I had to order another one. I went into my order and clicked on order again. The sale was off by then so I paid full price over $100.00. When it came it was much heavier but pretty and thought it's solid gold so ok. Well it isn't solid gold cuz it tarnished, looks like a really cheap piece of jewelry. It seems like a bait and switch. Will never buy their product again. Because its Not REAL REAL expensive gold I know it wont last with this same Real Real authentic gold shine past 3 months....but thats ok.. as long as I can get this good Wear shine/brilliance until the beginning of March 2024( this is Dec 5th 2023)I feel like this was a good buy and Hopefully by March 2024 I can buy a larger one thats Real Real=lifetime gold without tarnish etc ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Aside from the necklace being smaller in size than it appeared to be (based on the pictures), it's a beautiful necklace. I'll update this in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.. if there are any changes in color, necklace integrity, etc... and hopefully it holds up. In regards to delivery, it arrived relatively quickly within a matter of days, and the packaging was what you would expect from purchased jewelry, (a little velvet pouch was included) which was nice, I guess. Idk, I guess I just wish that the necklace would have been a little bit bigger than it appeared to be in the pictures (which was kind of misleading a little in my opinion - but ultimately entirely my fault for not having paid better attention to the necklace's specs and dimensions and whatnot) but at the end of the day, I'm content with my purchase for the most part. I'd give it a "7-8 out of a 10" but again that's on me, not necessarily the manufacturer. I ordered a separate gold charm that I will add to it so hopefully when it's all said and done, it turns out looking pretty good when I combine the two. But If I have any advice to share it would be to pay close attention to the specifications, measurements, and dimensions of the necklace when ordering. It's a very lightweight and thin necklace and I would have liked to have had it bigger but it will suffice for now. Good luck! ... show more

Loved the bright gold this chain was. The lobster clasp is very rigid as well as the chain being very high quality. It came very fast inside a soft velvet pouch that can be buttoned in a sliding box perfect for gift wrapping! Quite nice and heavy for the weight with the metal being very shiny and polished. Cannot tell how long this gold chain will maintain its coating but the links are solid. Photos I have show it on my neck. It’s a good size for me. (20 inch / 5.6mm) ... show more

Unfortunately I’m outside the return/exchange window. If I could I would exchange it. I love the design of this chain. It was shiny, just gorgeous, upon receiving. I received lots of compliments and questions as to where I purchased it. Sadly, I wasn’t able to wear it often over the summer, due to hospital stays/imaging. I began wearing it regularly around mid September. It now has very little shine and when seen at an angle it appears tarnished. I’m giving 3 stars due to quick discoloration. ... show more
