Nice quality, portable, small
This is a very nice little E bike, and when I say little, I mean it. It was definitely smaller than expected. I fall into the weight class that the manual says it can handle, but I am on the taller side, so it really doesn’t work well for me. This bike would be perfect for a petite adult, or as noted in the description, a youth. It arrived well packaged, and in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and the battery was already charged. The tires needed air before using the bike. This bike would be perfect for zipping around the neighborhood. It doesn’t have a really long range. It will go about 15 miles on one charge. The top speed is about 15 miles an hour, which is fine for tooling around your neighborhood. This bike seems very well-made and durable. It has a good breaking system and a cute little bell on the handlebars. No horn. There is a headlight, but no tail light. There is a reflector on the back. Personally, I think this is a daytime bike.

Easy transport
It’s a fairly compact e-bike that could be a little too heavy for younger kids or older adults to carry. The set up is easy and the charging is fairly quick. It’s a very smooth ride that is great for in town travel. The tires are heavier duty than the older jetson I had before. Between my family members we weight 160-210 and have no problem getting to speed on this little bike! I was very disappointed that the handlebar was broken upon opening. The on/off accelerator handle was loose and after one ride it was completely detached. There’s no way to tighten it as there is no bolt or screw. The wire is still connected so it still accelerates the bike, however it slips down into an almost impossible position for riding. I have reached out to Jetson but have not heard back yet. I’ll update if I do. I received a response from Jetson. After 2 days worth of back and forth emails they offered a warranty inspection with no guarantee that the bike could be fixed or repaired. The locations that could service the bike started at 70 miles away from my residence and went up to 160 miles away just one way. Never would recommend this company! They delivered a defective bike and make it impossibly difficult to get repaired.

Easy to use, practical electric bike
This electric bike is genuinely awesome; it’s easy to use and a great electric bike for beginners. We have wanted an electric bike for quite a while but finally settled on this one because it looked sturdy, reliable, and easy to maneuver. This is an item we are glad we ordered! The battery life is impressive and the speed is great but also manageable, since you determine the speed while riding and can adjust it to meet your specific preference. The bike is lightweight and easy to move from spot to spot (we had to reposition it within our garage) yet sturdy and reliable. We take this out for a spin on weekends and look forward to using it. The price is very reasonable and the enjoyment level is off the charts.

Super fun, easy to carry, works fine for adults
I got this e-moped to ride around the neighborhood, down to some nearby restaurants and bars that don't have great parking. Plus I just think mopeds are fun! I have a 50cc gas powered one and I been wanting to try an electric one because they're so much less fuss and maintenance. I was worried that this was really meant more for kids or teens, but it can carry adults just fine, and the seat adjusts high enough for adults. I'm 140lb so well under the weight limit of 220lb, and it zips along just fine, even up a pretty steep hill on my street. There's not much assembly required, and I spent more time removing all the packaging than getting it ready to ride. The only things you have to attach are the seat and the pedals, them you just have to make tweaks to the positions of the bell, reflectors, handlebars, etc. Make sure you tighten the seat clamp really well, it it will suddenly drop while you're riding and you don't want that! Also make sure to adjust the handlebars so that the brake levers are clocked properly. It charged fully in a couple of hours, then I took it out for a spin. It accelerates surprisingly fast! It will slow down up a hill but didn't struggle at all. It's not as fast as my gas moped, but it's about as fast as I really want to go on something like this. Whatever you do, make sure you TURN IT FULLY OFF before getting off the seat, even if you're just crossing the street or standing for a second. The throttle turns really easily and it will get away from you in a flash! So just hit the power button off unless your butt is on that seat. The handlebars fold down pretty easily with just the flip of a clamp. It has a handle at the center of the frame that makes it easy to grab. It's still pretty big, even folded, but it's not very heavy so you can lift it easily into the cargo bed of a vehicle.

Not enough safety control
While this is only a 12 inch ebike, both my 7 year old who is under 4 ft tall, and myself, who is 5'4" can easily ride it. It was easy to assemble without reading the directions, and I only used the included wrench and a small screwdriver to tighten the bell and reflector in place. The e-bike has a headlight, but it can only be used if you have the power assist on. My biggest disappointment is that there is no way to control the power assist. It is significant. The throttle is way too easy to turn on, even when you don't mean to, because it only requires a slight movement of the handle forward. It you are falling and accidentally hit the throttle, you can easily be dragged, which happened to my 7 year old within minutes of using the bike. I feel like it needs a throttle switch or button to activate that feature more safely. The power is very strong with throttle, and I am seeing this is not a bike for kids since the throttle can easily be activated when in power assist mode, and there is no way to disable that. I was hoping it would assist my younger son when we do longer bike rides as a family, but it is too dangerous for him. On the other hand, my husband (close to 6 ft tall and 200 lbs, loves the bike and took it for a 3 mile ride. He averaged 15 mph over the course of the ride. The bike itself looks very classy and is extremely well made and durable. It is heavier than a normal bike, but I am able to move it around and could lift it into a car if needed.

Perfect Camping E-Bike
We are extremely happy with this little e-bike so far. Assembly was surprisingly easy and straightforward, and it was up and running much faster than expected. Everything felt well packaged, and the instructions were simple enough to follow without frustration. No missing parts - yeah!!! While this is advertised more toward kids and teens (12 inch wheels) , I definitely think it can work well for a smaller adult too. The compact size actually makes it really convenient for storage and transport, especially for camping trips. Just be mindful of the listed weight limit because this is definitely a smaller-framed bike. Overall it is sturdy for the advertised audience (teens/children); however, I think it can also be reliable for smaller framed adults. The ride itself is smooth, and I love having both the pedal assist and throttle options depending on how much effort I want to put in. The folding handlebars are a nice touch and make it easier to store in tighter spaces. We intend to use this bike for camping trips so we can explore the campground and make quick runs to the bathhouse/outhouse, and it’s been perfect for that purpose. The headlight and bell are also nice added safety features for evening rides around campgrounds. Overall, this feels like a fun, practical little e-bike for recreational use, short rides, and camping convenience.
