Cut off the lace, wet, and go!! 2. Part is already made for you. 3. Easy to comb with no need for expensive products. Just use water, or mousse (I used lottabody mousse and water that's it!!!) More details: I am naturally 4c and decided a while back to color my hair. Big mistake. So now, I need to give my hair a break and time to restore it's strength. I arrived home at 9pm last night from travelling. Did a laundry list of chores, washed and deep conditioned my hair. Then I thought, ok let me open this wig box and get to work (with a feeling of dread thinkin I was gonna have to work hard to style it). Oh was I pleasantly surprised?! I opened the wig box, cut off the lace, put on the free wig cap that was included, and put the wig on. It was so adorable right out the box; curly and cute! The hair is super soft and all I did was apply lottabody mousse and water. I'm in love!!!! AND it looks like it could be my hair as it does not look wiggy. Very little shedding. I combed it, and I can run my fingers through it in public without thinking I am going to get a glob of hair on my fingers! Less than 5 minutes and I'm ready!!!! Definitely worth every penny!!! Time saver for ladies on the go!!! Also, I had on a synthetic long curly unit this weekend and sweat like crazy. This unit is very cool and so far no sweating. May God abundantly bless the person or team who made this unit!

The hair was soft, pretty and the density was fine. Unfortunately, I didn't even get a chance to wear the wig. I wanted to add color to the unit being as it was suppose to be "human hair." First I used just developer to turn it brown. After washing the developer out, I used my denmen brush to make the curls pop. When I got to the front of the unit, the hair was extremely tangled. I managed to detangle it after much time and effort. I wanted to create an ombre affect so proceeded to do so. Followed all the necessary steps. Washed and conditioned it. As I proceeded to brush it, again it was tangled more so then the first time. The worst part again was in the front where the lace is. It was ridiculously tangled, matted and the hair was a totally different texture....one I am familiar with called synthetic hair. I literally worked tirelessly to detangle it to no avail. I used half of a new bottle of lotta body foam wrap to detangle. I managed to get most of it detangled, but there were still knots. I really tried to make it work because I liked the wig...so much so I spent HOURS on it. My work of dyeing it and creating an ombre affect was all for not. Due to the tireless efforts of detangling this unit, the curl pattern died and nothing helped to revive it. I did consider keeping it, but decided not to because I knew that the next time I wash it, the front would still get tangled and matted. That's simply what synthetic hair does. Fortunately, I was able to get a refund... thank you Amazon. Needless to say, but I will not be purchasing anything else from Jessica Hair! I include before and after pics of the unit. Check out how the curl pattern changed.

I love almost everything about this wig. I have bought at least 6 of these curly wigs from Amazon, maybe more. This wig is my number one go to curly wig. I also have non curly wigs, just to switch the look up every once in a while, but curly wigs (this one) are my number one go to wig because they just make my busy life much simpler! No curling irons, hair curlers or hours doing my hair. Just wet it, put in my curl product and go!! The hair on this wig is the main reason I keep buying them, it is absolutely gorgeous! Once you wet it and put your curl product in it, it looks so soft, smooth, silky and elegant. The shine lasts all day. It makes me look so clean and manicured. I have tried more expensive curly wigs such as LUVME, but I always come back to this one because of the curl texture and pattern, it's not easy to find. And it's a lot more elegant than some of the more expensive curly wigs that cost 3x the price! The only 2 things I don't like about this wig is, 1) it's not glueless. I prefer glueless wigs. They're less messy, fit your head better and much easier to pop on and off, I hate sleeping in wigs. 2) the shedding is horrific! I don't use combs or brushes, just my fingers but each time I comb this wig with my hand, my hand is full of hair when I'm done. I think the reason is because the curls are so fine and soft. This is a very delicate wig, you can't be rough and abusive with it. I've been experimenting with various wig care products such as detanglers, conditioners, silicone drops etc. I have a few I like, but I'm still searching for the best products for this particular wig. Another good thing about this wig is, it's very thick when it's new, so even with the shedding, it takes a few months for them to look thin. Wearing this wig all day everyday, I get about 60 thick hair days from it and another 30 days of thinner hair (because of the shedding). Overall, this wig lasts about 90 days before it needs to be replaced. A little longer if you don't wear it everyday. I buy the 14 inch, which is around $85. I figure $85 every 90 days is cost efficient. That's less than $400 a year. Much cheaper than buying more expensive wigs and going to the hair salon every few weeks. Overall, I love this wig. I will keep buying it and I highly recommend it!!!
