I love this mirror, the 3x magnification has been perfect for me, and it held up really well for 8 years. I like that you can change the angle of the mirror in any direction, although the angling is substantially less than 90 degrees. The image is clear, and it looks sleek in my bathroom . Oh! It also doesn’t fog and I take hot showers! Right now, I am shopping for a mirror with built in lighting, but I’m not holding my breath that I’ll find a better makeup mirror than this one.

Saw this mirror at a hotel and had to have it. Love the magnification and sleekness. The little swivel is great to alsp avoid touching the mirror and preventing fingerprints everywhere. Extremely sturdy and has a good weight to it so it wont easily get moved if im doing something.

The size and shape makes it so much easier to see your whole face without being distorted. Round mirrors have a slight distortion about them. The magnifying is too strong and only illuminates one area at a time.. this does not have that problem The rectangular shape shows from top to bottom and it is a perfect magnification without distortion. It is perfect for eyebrows, eyelashes, I have skin cancer so it picks up areas before you can see with just your eye. Only problem I have is the element you use to hold mirror in place loosing and you can not tighten it back up manually. I do wish this was not a problem I highly suggest trying this mirror for men and women…. But beware of the problem in keeping it stabilized.

Bought one 9-10 years ago after seeing in hotel. After 10 years of hard use and abuse, the ball joint loosened to the point where you couldn’t position it anymore. I spent an hour online trying to figure out which one to buy - the $99 one, the one from the online hotel gift shop (currently on sale for $66), the $55 one that acts like it’s their mirror in the hotels, or this one. I went with this one. Perfect. 13.5 inches high ( vs some that are only 12- it matters), heavy, and very well made. Mirror is crystal clear. If this isn’t the one the hotels use they should...it looks and feels exactly the same — they could save a few bucks. Anyway, thought I’d save you the hour trying to figure it out.....
