I gave this box 4 stars for 2 specific reasons. 1st it's a little 2 pricy for 1wk of food for only 1 person. 2nd and more importantly than the 1st, one of the dry ice pacs was without any cover. Just broken up pieces of dry ice all through the box. I accidentally grabbed a tiny piece as I was emptying the box and burned my fingers. The crumbles were throughout the box and very difficult to get the ice off food boxes without touching it. Not cool! Not cool at all. On another note, I can concur what others have said about delivery arriving early. Mine arrived on the 18th and was estimated to arrive between the 24th and 25th. Please take that into account when placing order.

Having been a Jenny Craig member several times, I know the food is good and I successfully lose weight on it. The only criticism I have is that the food listed as included in the box is not what is sent. There have consistently been random substitutions sent making it harder to follow the menu plan as well as being somewhat disappointing to look forward to an expected meal that was not sent. Also, beware when ordering that the time frame quoted for delivery is not accurate. I ordered May 4th and was quoted delivery between the 11th and 16th. It arrived the 5th. It worked out as I was home and could get the food into the freezer but if I had gone by the expected arrival dates, the food would have been spoiled if I had gone out of town thinking I was good until at least the 11th. This has occurred for the 2 orders placed thus far so I am now prepared. Kudos to Fed-Ex for getting the order here within 24 hours from Las Vegas to Tennessee to Oregon. Overall, I find this program to be beneficial for weight loss as the meals come already prepared, you learn portion control, and it gives you a jump start to your weight loss journey by being successful from the start. Good motivator.

Years ago, I used to go to a Jenny Craig place for food etc., and it was great. I liked the fact that there were lunch and dinner meals that were not frozen. These were sometimes my favorite ones, some in cans (like chilis), others in regular trays but sealed for non-refrigeration, like Italian or stew meals. Now, to get delivery from the office, you have to order a full week, including snacks, desserts and shakes, follow the menus 1-4, but it is over $200 and the doordash delivery is too expensive. This option of ordering seven lunch or dinner items online is an excellent option as it is still the cheapest option of delivery. (I do not need the snacks, desserts and shakes) So as, yes, each meal is more expensive on its own than office orders, you can still get a smaller package and have what you need. BUT -- here is my gripe: why do these meals all have to be frozen? Why can't I order an "on the go" version and have a package of the variety of non frozen meals? (Yes, I know they have the chicken and tuna kits, but these are not dinners). So if you're listening, Jenny Craig, please, please, make 7 non frozen meals an option. The packaging is a disaster -- it is big and hard to dispose of! Thank you.

I was concerned about how the food would be frozen until I received it. The dry ice was still in a big block due to the type of insulation surrounding the food and that was after 2 days of transit. The food was tasty and I found it satisfying to eat.

I thought I’d be getting seven days of breakfast lunches and dinners. Not 7 meals. Total ripoff I’ll stick with Nutrisystem. Wish I could get my refund back. Big box for only 7 items. I’d like my money back
