I am thrilled with the way this duvet pairs with the French toile custom bedding and drapes that I purchased from a consignment store. The grey picks up on the soft black of the toile and the cream matches the 30” drop bedspread also purchased from Amazon.     • Love this duvet set!
This duvet set is great! It looks very nice, washes easily, has held up to multiple animals attempting to “nest” in it, and is super comfy! When taking into consideration the price, it well exceeded my expectations. The texture is more of a stiffer cotton, which is exactly what I wanted as I’m not a fan of the common other option for duvet covers (microfiber). The button detailing looks great, much better than zipper versions I’ve seen. They also give you an extra button for each pillowcase and the duvet which is very convenient in case something happens to one over time. The only thing I would like to note to buyers is the “black pinstripe” set is not a true black by any means, it’s more of a dark gray. I assumed this was the case based on the pictures and was what I was hoping for... but I’d hate for someone to read that description and think it’s going to be a true black, because it is not. It is less navy blue than pictured, more faded chambray color. Not soft after washing. I don’t love it.

I love this duvet cover! It is very soft and has an almost silky feel. As you can see in the attached picture, I have turned it upside down and folded the top down so the buttons show better. I got the blue and white vertical stripe, and the blue is a very pretty vintage denim color. I paired it with the Accuratex Luxury Collection comforter, also on Amazon. The only issue I have with the duvet is that it is very wrinkly out of the dryer, and ironing it wasn’t much fun. But we don’t actually sleep under it so I won’t have to do that very often. It would be good for sleeping under, though, as it has the same feel as good quality sheets. We have a king size bed, and it’s very hard to find a duvet and cover that are wide enough, so I found some white and blue striped sheets from Sam’s that look good showing on the top and sides of the bed. If you have a smaller bed, I would recommend getting the duvet and cover a size bigger than your bed, but that’s not possible with a king. ... show more

    • Nice weight and feeling.
Bought this based on a recommendation from aco worker. The button detail is very nice and the material washed up well. It is not as heavy as denim but is still much heavier than 200-300 thread count sheets, for example. The texture is almost flannel. I would definitely recommend this duvet.

This set is great thick quality, yet comfortable and breathable for your skin. Doesn’t get hot or cold while sleeping, due to it being made of cotton, it does it job wonderfully with regulating body temperature and comfort perfectly. The wooden buttons add that perfect touch of crafted quality. And although it’s thickness and durability are obvious to the touch, so if the softness and luxurious feel.     • Soft, comfortable, and great for the price
It is not the softest material but it is comfortable and gets better/softer as you use it more. It got really wrinkly after I washed it the first time so had to mess around with settings. Was able to get most of the wrinkles tamed when I pulled it while it was still hot and laid it flat to cool. The buttons do not seem very nice but they work for now and look fine after one wash. I think it would be easy to replace these buttons with some nicer ones. I am happy with this purchase and it is good for the price. ... show more
