I was/am not paid for this review and I paid full price for it... this desk greatly exceeded my expectations! I paid roughly $210 for the 63x30 single-motor variant. I am 6'2 and this desk is able to raise and lower beyond what is comfortable for me--sitting or standing. The range of motion is huge. The 63"x30" is a large area so it's easy for me to fit everything on there (3 monitors, 2 laptops). The only drawbacks (for the sake of completeness) are that (1) the desk top is 4 separate pieces and not perfectly smooth because of the wood grain pattern. You will need a flat surface (clipboard?) if you want to handwrite notes. Also (2) the desk does not instantly stop when you stop pressing the button. There is a bit of a momentum. So if you're going down, it's possible for the desk to go lower than it's allowed, which causes it to error out. The only way to fix this is to unplug/replug from the wall. For the second problem, making use of the preset options is a good workaround. Overall, given the price of this desk, it's a great purchase. ... show more

I've been using this desk for a few days now. It seems quite sturdy. It says it will hold up to 176 pounds, and I don't have near that weight on it, so I can't speak to it's function if it's got heavier items on it. Right now I have a 27 inch monitor, laptop and stand, and papers on it. It's very smooth moving up and down, and none of my electronics wobble. My husband put the desk together in less than an hour. It was well packaged and everything was labeled. My only complaint (and why I gave it 4 stars) is one I didn't expect from the materials... it leaves fingerprints when someone touches it. This is a very minor thing and it wouldn't stop me from recommending it. It's just kind of annoying. It's not metal or shiny, and I wash my hands quite often, so I'm not sure how it's got visible smudges when someone touches it . Being able to save settings is a nice touch. The desk is simple and attractive. It doesn't look cheap. It's got plenty of usable space. It doesn't have drawers (which is fine; this wasn't a requirement for me), but if you're looking for extra space to store items, I turned an Ikea bookshelf I already had on it's side and it works really well. Pleased with this sit/stand desk. Relatively easy to assemble (took two people to assemble, but mainly to make it easy!) and after 60 days of use I am happy. This is perfect for my little work from home area in my apartment. Itโ€™s big enough to hold my two monitors with great keyboard and note-taking space. The stand-up mechanism is so easy to assemble and very convenient! The only thing I can somewhat negatively say about this desk is it is standing on a centered, two leg base which does cause some wobbling if you bump into it or your cat likes to jump on it while you work.
