For the value, sound cancellation, and sound quality; I get it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the right earbud keeps disconnecting and it’s difficult to reconnect to your device. Apparently, it’s a known issue with these earbuds.

    • Great wireless headphones for small ears!
After searching forever and wasting too much money on ear buds that didn't fit my small ears, these are perfect!! The sound quality is amazing and the fit even better. I haven't tested them for battery life yet, but they work great for my usage.

If you want to struggle to get your headphones connected to a device or to each other, this is the product for you. I purchased these as a replacement to my previous pair of JBL headphones when the one headphone stopped holding a charge. On first opening I struggled for 15 minutes to get the headphones even to sync to my phone. The volume control is completely haphazard. If you’re halfway up on an iPhone it’s hardly audible, barely changes going the rest of the way up and suddenly at like 85% it suddenly blasts ridiculously loud and doesn’t change if you go up. Then tried to connect to my Apple Watch, same exact difficulties in connecting to the Bluetooth. Then I had more trouble with the volume. Randomly the device will drop in volume as if a notification is coming through, but there is no notification and the volume does not automatically jump back up. Finally, after less than a few hours of usage, the right earpiece just stopped syncing with the left at all. I reset, I tried troubleshooting options online, and then I filed for the refund. Don’t waste your time, I bought this on a deep discount and paid the price in inconvenience. Spend up and get better. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I use my headphones at work I only use one at a time for safety but they last all day I work 13 Hours A-day great quality sound long life battery nice bass I love them

A week after the return date from the purchase at Amazon, the left ear bud stopped charging and working. I went through all the troubleshooting advice they prescribed. They wanted me to contact JBL, but I already wasted a lot of my time trying to figure out the problem. If you do purchase these ear buds get some type of insurance.
