I was looking for a "natural" body wash, because I was having an allergic reaction to my previous body wash. I do like this one and haven't had a reaction, but it's not an instant favorite. I purchased the rosewater and felt the scent was good but not amazing. I was incredibly happy, because I didn't have a reaction. Unfortunately, my toddler son who has eczema started breaking out with hives within a minute of using this body wash. I washed it off with another natural body wash to see if it would help and the hives went away within about 5 minutes after washing the Jason soap off. I'm very confident it's the added scent to this product that caused the reaction. Now I have A HUGE bottle of body wash only I can use. Win for me? TLDR: Good for some sensitive skin but not for all. Bottle is HUGE. Try a sample size before committing to the beast-sized bottle.

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time purchasing this body wash. I did a video about the packaging because I saw complaints about that. They have revamped the packaging and it’s very secure and absolutely no leaks! I bought the rose scented body wash and I love the smell. It’s to me, not overpowering nor is it too weak, it smells like authentic roses. I do have sensitive skin and I will update on whether it’s drying or moisturizing which is very important to me. I love a nice scented body wash and the reason I’m trying this product is that other products that aren’t drying I don’t care for the smell and vice versa. I did wash my hands but it’s hard to tell because I used a lot of product. Like I said I will try to update! Also I may try the other scents, rosé just happens to be a favorite of mine right now. So if you’ve had a bad experience because of the packaging, give it another try! One more thing I saw a few people had issues with turning the pump to open. I had NO issues with that, as I have with OTHER products and I suffer with arthritis and nerve damage in my hands so if I had no problems opening I’m sure you won’t either.

This is hands down our favorite body soap so far. Cleans well and smells great. Also worth noting, this seller packaged the soap so well it arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend them and appreciate the carefully wrapped container.

I have purchased this body wash many times for myself and my husband. Very pleased with the features...moisturizing, scent, and that it has no harmful chemicals. I would have given it 5 stars, but the last few purchases, the pump does not disengage for use. I don't know if the manufacturer is using a different mechanism, but the pump does not work. I have to take it off of a previous bottle, that usually is not empty yet, in order to use the new bottle. Please remedy this!

I love this product but the safety seal when trying to open the dispenser is always difficult and never breaks open. I always have to force it open then the dispenser sprayer breaks every time I purchase these products w the dispenser pump.

Like this stuff, a lot. Lives up to it's reputation. I initially found unscrewing the top to get the push hand pump to expel the product, impossible to activate. Frustrated me for about 15 minutes, then I remembered, YouTube! Lo and behold, I searched on there and found a video that offered the solution. Get a wash cloth, dampen it, then unscrew the top and lift it out of the bottle. Make sure you do this over a sink so the product doesn't get all over the place. I even rinsed the body soap off under the tap. Then, with the washcloth, grip the dispenser part that goes into the bottle, firmly. With your other hand, grip the top and turn it counter clockwise, you'll see the arrow on there. It'll break free and pop up. Now, put it back into the bottle. The pump gets activated once you push it down a number of times until it starts to expel the soap. Done. The maker of this product needs to provide this info on their packaging! Thank you YouTube!!

I really love this body wash. I wish I could give it 5 stars but the last two times I've ordered, the dispenser will not engage. Thank goodness I didn't throw away the old bottle, I just keep re-using the pump. Hope it doesn't break...
